I usually manage guthan and torag without prayer, and sometimes ahrim. I wear my rune even though I mage torag and guthan. It still works well. I sometimes need to eat a couple of monks.

Its called investment. It happens all the time in the real world, for example stock speculation. That is what caused the world depression btw. It is a good thing though. If you don't like it, all there is to say it tough luck lol sorry.
