Tal Shiar vs Militos Deci and friends skirmish
ben331 replied to Ts_Stormrage's topic in Wars & Run-Ins
I noticed the prayer, although I didn't know who it was that was using it. I unfortunately do not have any evidence - although it seems that there is more than enough of that already. I'm pretty peed off about these "Assailant knights of the Wilderness". They certainly did assail us for no reason. It was fun cutting them down as they ran though :D Was great fighting with Militos Deci; it was my first clan event with them. Good fight Tal Shiar :) -
change the magic window update- 46 supporters.

I don't like it either, especially with modern magic. I agree with you. -
I agree with Celt. I think this is exactly what happened in the situations you mentioned. In my experience (I've played since 2001, on and off) there is very little sexism and racism. Males treat females like other males (unless they are trying to flirt) and they realise that they can't judge people by the colour of their skin; even the stupid ones know it's a game.

Want money? I am part of a clan devoted to making money (and having fun). Join miscellanian masters today! URL in my sig Skilling is a good way to make money - try fletching or woodcutting (yews).

If you enjoy using Miscellania and want to make money then I am part of a clan whose objective is to maximise profits from miscellania; Go to z7.invisionfree.com/miscellanian_masters We do not only play around with miscellania, we have events and such too. Don't worry about the 6 months + requirement at the top, very few of our members have been at it for that long. The most important thing is you know well what you're doing with the kingdom. We also know how to make much more profit from the kingdom. So why not come and join us? We are open to everyone who has done Royal Trouble quest, and who is able to use miscellania (has 1.35mcash or more in total is very helpful). For those of you that know invisionfree you will know it is a safe site. For those that don't know, I stress now that you should NOT use your runescape password when creating an account on our site, and have a virus checker enabled. Just to be safe :ohnoes: Non-members cannot access most of the forums. Becoming a member will give you access to them and our knowledge.

We Brits pride ourselves on our sense of humour (yes, it is spelt HUMOUR, NOT HUMOR! WHO INVENTED THE LANGUAGE HUH? WE DID! SO SPELL IT OUR WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :ohnoes: thank you) I like the way Jagex is using humour. So long as they don't use a joke machine next...

New Report abuse - with pictures - 12K Views!

It wasn't at the fishing guild - we trained together for about an hour on experiments, I remember you in your full Guthix etc., then I kept seeing you in various random places - shilo village for one, I think. Good luck to 99 fishing by the way! My friend (Benjamina B lmao) is going for 99 fishing, I think he is about level 90-93 maybe. I was going for 99 fletching but stopped at 87 due to the update. I'll start again once I've achieved my current goal - a santa hat. I only need 8 million more (until 20M). Jagex don't seem to pay any attention to abuse reports anymore; I have reported several people for account trading and such and they never send me a message like they used to. Is the old system obselete? :?: -
Tip.It Times Presents: I have the answer, Mr. Runescape!
ben331 replied to MPM's topic in General Discussion
Although it is not educational - much - RuneScape does teach people important life skills. For example, you are playing a game at your computer yet you are still socialising, also you learn to work hard for goals like I am working for a santa, currently I have 11MGP and will soon have 12MGP. Go to this link to find out more: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/technology/4774534.stm I do not think RuneScape it that educational, but I do agree that it stimulates your imagination (though a book would be better) and that it improves your typing skills. EDIT: By the way, crossbows were made in one-handed versions - they were even harder to load, though, and acted as a single-shot last-resort. Maces DO NOT pierce armour in most situations - they crush it and the person below. Longbows I agree on, but I don't think Jagex said that they were weaker... -

VERY good idea. And Jcfc, I used to keep seeing you by coincidence a lot of the time, but havent for a while - until now! I have a very good memory; you probably won't remember me. I think it was before you were a member of the TET. Are you not a member of runescape anymore? Small world eh. -
Actually the way they spell Yanille means that, if you speak english, it should be pronounced "Yan-ill". Yes they created the word, but they spelt it so that it would sound like that, and if they say that that is not how it is pronounced then they are grammatically wrong.

aye, 72 wc lvl. i suppose ill get chopping maples then?
-
Are yews, willows or maples better? Yews are slow to get/expensive/good xp, willows cheap/fast/slow xp, maples higher price/slow to get/reasonable xp. Which of the 3 is best to train with? I can't use yews yet but when i can... :-k Btw, speed to get is the speed of cutting them from a tree
-
Of course they will become extinct! it will just take a veeeery long time. if they keep changing hands, they will keep changing owners who will have different attitudes - and may lose or get rid of them. of course, since there is a limited supply, this is certain to happen, unless another duping occurs

i am not against flag holding, but i do think that an auto safe where the flag is put back in the castle should happen after 5 miniutes of holding the flag
-
I do not agree with firemaking - it is unpopular because you can't profit out of it. Woodcutting is easy but no buying is invloved. Fletching is easy - buy, click, sell, profit, bad emote. Firemaking capes i rarely see - i myself am starting aiming for 99 firemaking. it is very annoying to train. I think the most admirable are any of the combat ones, melee that is, and herblore. construction just requires huge wealth.

if non english people learn english from runescape, maybe when jagex realeases new language versions we can learn those languages! release a french version for us jagex!

Do Jagex encourage poor grammar by their censoring? Discuss.
ben331 replied to netron28's topic in General Discussion
the censoring really does get stupid sometimes - for example "thats" was filtered for ages a while back. thats (lol) not bad grammar though, just annoying. i believe the censor is absolutely poor however. -
it is impossible to report someone for account sharing unless they literally say it in game. and who is stupid enough to say that? also, sharing isnt really that bad, but it is better if one account represents one person.
-
The ditch looks stupid...it is annoying having to click "Enter" all the time...and I just hate it. The previous message was good enough. If any noob is stupid enough to ignore that - execute them. RS society was on its way toward being made up of entirely clever players...until the ditch came along (sort of joking)

F2P do need skillcapes - all teh F2P skill cape sellers should either be in the F2P area or accessible to them.
-
stronghold of security was the only update f2p had in...years? they should get more.
