  2. First off 100 points an hour was impossible with the old PC.. even with the best of clans. Games last at least 1 minute. (including time spent in the lander) So 1 minute times 60 minutes (1 hour) = 60 points an hour. Trust me I spent a lot of time with high end PC clans back in the day.. I know what I am talking about. Unless there was some super secret super fast PC clan that could do games in 30-40 seconds... highly unlikely  . ---------- Slay: First off you should be using the Veteran boat. Try joining a good PC clan the usually have a Req of 110+ f2p combat level (which you have) so give it a go. Heart Unit is the clan I am a part of, just google heart unit you should find it. You should get anywhere from 100-112 points per hour (MAX) I was averaging 108 per hour with a loss or 2 per hour. As for how many bolts/hour I am unsure but I know for a fact that it is over 1k. (I think I read someone say 3k/hour but I cannot remember exactly) To calc the loss just get the price of the bolt, diamond and cosmic. If those added together are more than the cost of a diamond bolt then that is the loss you will be taking.
  3. As everyone else will tell you wait until you are at LEAST 85 range to start chinning. 85-99 should cost about 35-40m so you have enough for that. This Guide is a bit old but it still gives great info on how to chin and just about everything else you could ask for.
  4. Just use agility pots and you will be fine and it will go by fast. At level 70 you stop failing a lot so with the Agil pot boosting you up to 71 agil you will fail a lot less often than you would at 68. I had about 6 agil pots and the rest sup energies. I got 70 from 67 in about a week, maybe a week and a half MAX. Stick it out on Ape Atoll and use Agil + super energy pots. Also bringing a knife and cutting up the pineapples you can pick at the end of the course is good for a quick heal should you need it.
  5. You also get hit more often when wearing void + Bunny (at least I did, 99 defence) and I had to use up invent space on food which makes me lose out on gp/hour. Whereas with a Bunny + Prosy not only do I maximize my invent space I can also make less trips to the alter which does balance out to more exp/hour. I have tried both ways and I find myself gaining more exp/hour with Proselyte.
  6. Here it is! Since everyone else was to lazy to just post a link. Make your life a bit easier.
  7. Yes the shadow spells lower attack by 10%. I do not think they lower with multiple spell though so bringing your targets attack down to 0 would be highly unlikely. At least this needs confirmation as I am not sure.
  8. Maybe if you try using Summona as your slayer master until you are 100 f2p combat you may find it easier to get a better profit going. Another thing, always pick up coin drops, if you don't already, they add up quite nicely in the end. Me and a friend like to pick them up and alch everything that costs more than the price of a nat (thus giving profit) usually after 3-5 tasks we have an extra 80-110k in our inventory.
  9. I found once I hit 70 I was making a better profit, maybe you should cut down on food costs with guthans and the cost of pots. (Hopefully you are not praying on every task if you can't afford the pots) At 70 you can kill those gargoyles which usually got me a G maul per task so it was a good 100k here and there.
  10. Soldiers with guthans would be best IMO. If you don't have guthans then just stick to workers and kill them with range and bronze or iron knives. That way you can get your range exp. Also, if you have it use void when ranging them. Guardians would take too long for you to kill at your range level.
  11. http://tip.it/runescape/?page=construct ... .htm#added Give the additional experience section a read.
  12. So do I. I would be making well over 30m a day if there wasn't. I get the feeling that that's why there is, though... No you wouldn't rofl You don't know that.. There is also a limit on runes; I believe I read it was something like 20k every 4 hours.
  13. You should be pulling in about 200-250 per hour (maybe even more, its been awhile for me). At 80 I was getting close to that, and that was without using an Arctic Bear. This is using the 1 spawn method too, which gets you more chins/hour.
  14. How are they outdated when you gain the most amount of exp/hour with them? Just curious.
  15. Id go with a borrowed SS. Maybe try and borrow one from one of the Tip.It (unofficial) clanchats that there are. People there are usually nice and lend stuff out. If you can't get one in 5 minutes or so then just start with your D scimmy and ask again after a half hour or more passes by. If you haven't done monkey madness and do not plan on doing it, then a good alternative (possibly the best alternative) is using an Obby Sword (Toktz-xil-ak is the actual name) and the Berzerker necklace. (I say best alternative not best way to train, I am a firm believer in using a SS to train STR.)
  16. Zombie Monkies are always faster exp, if I am not mistaken, but it is by about 10k or so. (on average) With Armored Zombies you will be making money and gaining a good amount of exp/hour as well as gaining charms. At the moment I have yet to find a bad thing about them other than the fact that the ranged ones hit pretty beast.
  17. Don't waste money on a cannon. It is a money sink and only can be used on 2 or 3 tasks tops. Which would even then not provide enough monetary return for continued use of the cannon. 2.6m should be plenty to get 68 summoning from 60 with. Also, if you can, sell that regen bracelet for a Fury and sell that Guthix D hide. The tasks you will be ranging, 1 or 2 IF any, you could do equally fine with black d hide. Blessed hide provides nothing other than fancy color for the same bonuses with increased cost. You probably won't need the super defences. At all really. I take it you are using Summona as your slayer master (seeing as you are 99 combat without summoning and don't yet have a Bunyip) you should probably stick with her until you get a bunyip. Once you get a Bunny move up to Duradel. Both of their tasks I find no reason to have any defence bonus aside from the armor I am using Karils or Guthans. So maxing my offence is what I look to do. I do have 99 defence, you don't, but I think it's generally the same, you won't need the defence boost from super defence pots, so you should be fine with your Torags or Karils (dependent on the task) The tasks I blocked were Iron and Steel Dragons (just take to long) Skeletal Wyverns (not a fan) and Waterfiends (Great task!, but I'm not interested in Str exp) This is just to give you an idea of some rather popular blocked tasks. Usually Metal drags are on a lot of peoples block list, they just get to darn tedious.
  18. It does work, however I am unsure as to whether it is 60k exp/hour. I don't think it is, I believe it was in the 50k range. It does work, but on peak hours in "fast respawn" worlds (high population worlds) it is hard to find a spot and keep the spot for yourself.
  19. You are not factoring in the time it takes to get the clay axes. So you wouldn't have to cut 2 times faster with a Dragon Axe. Also, I don't know what Runescape you are playing but last I checked it was easier and faster to buy a Dragon axe through G.E. then it was to get enough SC points to buy enough axes for 99 wc. Like Kent said, they take to long to get for the short amount of life they have for them to be considered useful. The only SC items that are worth their time are the Hammer and Needle so far from what I have seen and heard.
  20. Fastest is Teaks on Ape Atoll. Dropping of course. If you drop with mouse keys, which means near perfect drop sessions, you should be getting about 60 or 70k exp/hour I believe I read. Should take you at the most 25 seconds, without mousekeys, to drop an invent. I do believe that the "cut one drop one" method can give up to 100k exp/hour though or so it is thought. However it requires a mass amount of attention for anyone to sit and do for hour on end, or even one hour for that matter.
  21. I burnt 19m for 85 prayer when I was at 70.. I never once regretted it. I just spend 60m more to get the bones for 99 prayer. Again, no regrets here. Prayer is a great skill to have maxed, you really can't go wrong with it. However, you should just keep your SGS if you are going to be "broke" after getting 90 prayer. I don't really see a SGS as being necessary for profit from GWD or DK's, it is really just one of those convenient things to have. Without it you will still be able to profit from your monster hunting and with 20 additional prayer levels use less p pots or sup restores anyway which cuts some of the costs.
  22. It is against Tip.It forum rules to make entire posts in a single color that is not the default color. Please refrain (stop) from doing so. To answer your question; My Guthix Raptor took about 5 or so hours out of the incubator to grow up. I didn't keep track of how long it was in the incubator. I just dropped it off and forgot about it.
  23. Teaks are about 30k exp/hour faster than willows. However that extra exp comes at a price. You lose out on "AFK ability" (meaning you have to pay more attention) and youb also have to drop the teaks for maximum exp/hour which can be strenuous on the wrist. Cutting them on Ape Atoll while transformed into a monkey also guarentees you to get no randoms as well other than bird nests. You wil lose out on the ability to turn those willows into bows however once you are 70 fletching willows become obsolete since yews give you more exp and provide a profit. (Slight profit but still a profit) As for mining.. You said members isn't worth it but when you get 35k exp/hour with iron (powermining) compared to 45-50k exp/hour, on average, with granite I would say members is worth it. When it comes to mining that's as fast as it get and seeing as mining is one of the absolute longest skills to get 99 in for the amount of attention needed to be paid to it the extra 10-15k ex/hour more you get with granite is well worth it.
  24. I use 3 Super Energy doses per 3-5 runs, so if you are abyss crafting definately go with the abyssal familiar. It is an added 10-15 seconds per trip to load+unload the familiar but it is a added 6.3 essence (times when you lose out on a invent space due to super energy) Also if you want numbers here are your numbers: Mega Runecrafting Guide 3 That guide gives you trips/hour, exp/hour and profit/hour for EVERY way of rcing. Zarfot is one hell of a guide writer so be prepared to read if you are truly dedicated to starting your runecrafting.
  25. Yea they're real and so is the 200m Thieving exp that came with them. Like he said, if you fail, keep going. Just because you failed it does not lower or higher the chances of you failing or succeeding on the next try.
