madico Posted April 8, 2007 Share Posted April 8, 2007 im glad they are messing with everything... sick of people making milions so easily and complaining when they dont get a drop worth 3+ mil every hour.... its rediculous that people expect to make 20+ mil off drops in like 4 trips. thanks jagex for making dag killers suffer in the same way they made kqers and slayers did you even bother to look me up... i have higher def and mage then over 80% of the ppl i see posting drops here.... i see noobs posting drops who have like 70's in magic and high 70 low 80 def... i have higher skills then most of them, im just saying that you still make lots of cash there who cares if drop rate is a tad lower So we should punish them for training their skills higher than you and thus making more money than you. Well FYI people, the kings have been "nerfed" since about two weeks after the month they came out. In those two weeks, Soloers would at LEAST get 4 items, pulling at least 14M PER TRIP. And back then trips wouldn't last as long as they do today. About 1 month later Jagex "nerfed" them to make the droprates a little less frequent. The kings will still be good, you just have to last a while and get a higher defence. Heck, my last trip was two D Axes. I've been lasting my normal 1.5k Casts at the Kings, even the Duo trips where I have prime on me the entire time...(While My Partner Solo's Supreme). attackyomom Posted April 8, 2007 Share Posted April 8, 2007 soloing has not become any harder...i can guarantee spins haven't become stronger its just that sometimes they hit sometimes they don't just the other day i spent 30 minutes soloing using no sara doses or pray at all just a few random heals. Well i doubt the drops have been nerfed even though i have had some terrible luck there lately last trip using 1200 casts no drop and the 2 trips before i only got a zerker and a warrior. Considering I shoot off 1600-1700 shots per trip figure... 1700 x 3 ------- 5,100 shots without a drop. I smell a nerf... Also, like I said before, spins are definitely on steroids :wall: Edit: Idk now, my friend just said he got 2 axes and a warrior on his last solo maging trip, so now Im thinking its juts bad luck again. Also, Tammie got 2 zerkers in 3 kills yesterday because he's a noob so I doubt it was nerfed. Get some defence levels and stop RC'ing froob :P . Retired 2146 overall - 136 combat - 6 skillcapes Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks. To the people thinking we make too much money, please, I spend over 700k a trip on supplies and risk going in 18m gear to noob lurers. I also stay there, sitting there for 2 and a half hours, sometimes 3, maging rex without logging out. Also, I have to pay attention the majority of the time because of all the lurers. I'm not sure what to do, I bought some more deaths and minds last night with some of the money from the g spear chest i got yesterday, but if the drops really are this bad, this consistent, then I am seriously reconsidering using Dag Kings as a money maker anymore. Good lord, I might have to...skill... :ohnoes: I believe nerfing money makers is bad to jagex because the only thing it does is make people resort to using illegal and wrong ways to making money. Nerf the drop odds of an item at barrows, the barrower goes to dag kings. Nerf the odds at Dag Kings and all the sudden the monster hunter has no where else to hunt for drops. Kq is out in my opinion, they nerfed her up a long time ago. All your left with for money making is...god...merchanting which is the most boring thing you could ever do.
