I still like the original ones. 151, was it? However many there were, it was the red, blue, and yellow games. They were cool and original. Now they just killed it by making more. Now days their like "Hey, there's a flower, lets put eyes and feet on it and name it plantmon! And hey, over there, there's a milk carton, we can call that one, calciumon!"

I used to watch the show when I was younger, stopped watching it after the new Pokemon were introduced.

 

 

 

I remember the TCG, never had a real game, it was all about the trading and collecting. Although I kind of regret trading my holo Polywhirl, Ninetails, and Clefairy for a lot of commons/uncommons because I didn't have them >.>

 

 

 

I bought Pokemon Pearl when it came out, the online features are sooo nice. I haven't played a Pokemon game since B/R/Y.

I used to collect the cards, not play the games, but i never even got close to finishing my collection. The origonal 151 were the best, and then all the way to 250 i could deal with. As soon as the third set came out, I got pissed because i had memorized 1-151 in order (I was a show-off to my friends back then, stupid nerd of me) but they changed the numbers.

 

 

 

Lots of good times trying to collect more cards than my friends, but i ended up giving most away, but occaisonally i find a few cards here or there in my dresser.

 

 

 

In other words, Poke'mon was dead in the '02-'03ish era.

Thats why I only watched it on and off the about a month. Got so repetative, they should of made it an occasional occurance.

Exactly just like me..i still even 5 years later i still no some..i was quized by some1 about 2 weeks ago when my teacher had some pokemon stickers..and i asked him if i could have them lol!! it was good times..idc what people think because they all liked it at some time lol..(the stickers are currently on my binder)

I had them all including Mew from going to some pokemon battle tournament, course I lost the first round cause everyone used the whole Missing No. cheat.

 

 

 

The video games up to Silver/gold were great, after that it got very repetitive.

 

 

 

Everything else, the tv show, the toys, the card game(Which, I admittedly was addicted to), the movies, ect, waste of time and money.

I don't think pokemon is stupid, in fact im going to buy pokemon Pearl for my DS soon.

I used to play a lot... Then it got boring, too repetitive and I leveled too many pokemon to 100 so I almost never lost. It got harder to train too. I don't play now.

Lol I used to be into Pokemon a while back. The last one I played was Silver. Haven't played the new ones yet but a kid in my Math class plays it during class. :shame:

OT: Right, I already posted here... Oh well, I might check out Diamond and Pearl, supposed to be good with the online and all, but it's seriously ludicrous the amount of new pokemon they have. You're supposed to be able to get every single one ever on them, that's like 500 -.-

I have Sapphire, Fire Red, Crystal, Blue Mystery Dungeon, Diamond, and Pearl =).. And I used to own Gold, Yellow, and Red.. but they're long gone =\

 

I also have a bunch of cards that I used to collect.. and up until the newest season of the show came out.. I would watch it if I had the time :D.. But they changed all of the voices in the new one.. and it's just not the same anymore :(

 

Oh and.. I really love the movies =3.. I've watched the ones I own at least 10 times

Well i think that the first 150 pokemon was good enough. Same with the first season of the show that they had. In fact i just saw all the old episodes this weekend on cartoon network. To be honest i was very sad because of it and wished that that it was still that time when those old shows were out. They pretty much killed pokemon when they added more or them. 150 was good

I just caught the pokemon i needed, and owned with them. But then I was stuck in fire red, because I needed to have 80 pokemon in my pokedex, and I had around 13 when i beat the leauge.

I'll sum it up:

 

 

 

The cards, tv shows, comics, action figures, that kind of thing suck.

 

 

 

The games own.

videogames are the best part of the whole franchise. the cards and TV shows? ehh... don't like em.
