Most expert stakers wouldn't have much trouble raising that kind of cash in 4 months.

 

 

 

I can generally manage about 10m profit per week at Barrows (a very general average which varies enormously). In theory, I could make 160m in 4 months playing 2-3 per day at Barrows. I imagine more dedicated and luckier players would make somewhat more.

staking, man that would be the way to go... honestly merchanting cant hold a candle to staking. how much $ do you guys think duke freedom made in a day max? probably not 1bil(not sure about this) but i assume it was not this much... where ive seen a pic from cursed you where he was claiming his daily winnings were totalling over 7bil.

Merchanting is relatively reliable and consistent income. Staking, in most cases, eventually comes down to luck with perhaps a slightly expected higher chance of winning then your opponent for good stakers.

Abyss crafting nats, at 91 runecrafting close to 1 mil an hour.

My point was - stakers don't make such ridiculous large amount daily, that's just a stupid statement. Sure they may win it one day but then they oftenly loose it the next day.

 

 

 

It's about what they can make on average, not what they make during incidents... To say stakers can make whatever extreme amount of money per day based on what some staker made one time is just nonsense.

Get Papyrus, 10 Spools of Thread, a Needle, use them all together and you get an "Uncolored Partyhat" then use Blue Dye from Aggie the Witch and you have a Blue Partyhat from scratch! :wink:

I'm planning to try for one through dueling.

2m-150m in a day, duel arena ftw.

1-2 hours a day with rc 91

I make around 600k/hour at barrows, so yes, it is possible.

Very possible but must be extremly difficult i dont think i could ever attempt something like that but it can be done by a hard working lvl 126 99 everything lol

I think it's possible for current players who have decent stats, but pretty soon, it will be impossible for new players to ever be able to afford a phat. Their only choice would be to win one at the Duel Arena or something.

it may not be impossible for a seasoned player to make the cash, but i agree phats are for the most part out of reach for most players. i agree with duke in that merchanting is better then staking. also for any idiot to say they can make 250m in one stake, you need to have something to put up :roll: not like some one will stake a phat set against your 1056k gp and 500 law runes :lol:

 

 

 

as for me i dont merchant, pk, or stake. i kill big things. the kings and queen have been very good to my bank/stats. i will be able to hopefully upgrade my yellow soon, my goal is to get a white. i was lucky enough to be able to get it and still keep a big pile of items. i only sold my d chain, a few other drag items, 5 black masks, a mask set and a santa. it is getting harder to play RS the higher i get in WoW :oops: .

 

 

 

santas are the easiest rare to attain/liquidate, masks and phats are more work to turn back into cash IMO.

Yeah, it wouldn't be too hard if you go DKing every day for four months with a skilled 4 or 5 person team.

 

 

 

I've been dking recently with an unskilled 3 person team (New third member each day), and I've gotten about 1m a trip.

 

 

 

If you knew how to solo or duo with a friend it would be totally possible if you could call drops like Trojann2 :XD:
