May 25, 200719 yr I just dived in and start playing but I avoided myself alot of trouble and most of the rules should be common sense. I was one quiet f2p. Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.
May 25, 200719 yr i have to admit i was ending 6th grade when i started runescape, but i still got the hang of playing by the rules without reading them. :
May 25, 200719 yr Like most others, I just jumped right in without reading the rules. To be honest, if you're a regular gamer, then there's no need to read the rules, since they're VERY obvious anyway. They're similar to those found in most other games and are of course, just common good manners. I have read them now though :)
May 25, 200719 yr Nope. I kinda skimmed across them, got the jist of it and continued. :) ^Sir Jem 05-The Bunny Drinking Blog?^ Click it!
May 25, 200719 yr I'm pretty sure I've read them, but it was somewhere in RSC so I can't remember a thing of it. Twitter ||| Google+ ||| Facebook ||| LinkedIn ||| My very interesting weblog about science
May 25, 200719 yr I definitely read the rules...learned about the basics of the game and then started up with my first account. You should learn to read directions from school kiddies! Which Final Fantasy Character Are You?Final Fantasy 7
May 25, 200719 yr nope i diddnt read untill i was bout level 74 ( or somink :P) but the 1st rule i read was " don't do anything you wouldnt like done to you, and remember players are REAL people" :XD: Goals: 15m Slayer xp | 85 Herblore | 75+ All Stats | Chaotic Rapier | 125k/200k Tokens
May 25, 200719 yr I don't remember, but I think I read a little bit about every rule, and after a few times I read all of them carefully. Add me if you so wish: SwreeTak
May 25, 200719 yr I'm pretty sure I didn't. The rules are pretty much common sense like no badmouthing anyone, scamming, or whatever. It wasn't until I got somewhat into the game that I bothered to read the official rules.
May 25, 200719 yr I read the rules, the manual and printed off the world map  there are no stupid questions just way too many inquisitive idiots balance is scary to people who like things easy for them
May 25, 200719 yr I think I did, read them at one point soon in my playing time either way. taking a break
May 25, 200719 yr I just started, un-aware of all this... till this came up... **** you! and I was banned for a week... :wall: ~[Blog]~[CrystalMathLabs]~[Last.fm]~
May 26, 200719 yr I have read them, but it was a while after I started playing. Most of them are common sense really, so it's not that big of a deal if you don't read them (unless you want to buy your gp illegaly :shame: , then you need to read them). > SELECT * FROM users WHERE clue > 0;0 rows returnedThere's no place like 127.0.0.1There are only 10 types of peoplein this world: those who understandbinary and those who don't.This statement is false.$DO || ! $DO ; trytry: command not found
May 26, 200719 yr i read them about 3-4 months after i started playing only because i got bored in school and could't start the game from school computer. refresh to see another sigF2p forever
May 26, 200719 yr No, I never read them then, But I read them later. I was good enough to not have any problems with not reading it. Basically, if you know your right from wrong, you're good. Which can't be said for everyone... :|
May 26, 200719 yr At some point, I read all the rules. Though, starting out, I think I just dove in. Unlike most of the RS population, I had common sense going into playing, and since that's what 95% of the rules are, I was able to play without ever getting a black mark.
