did you read the rules?

Featured Replies

I just dived in and start playing but I avoided myself alot of trouble and most of the rules should be common sense. I was one quiet f2p.

Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.

i have to admit i was ending 6th grade when i started runescape, but i still got the hang of playing by the rules without reading them. ::'

Like most others, I just jumped right in without reading the rules.

To be honest, if you're a regular gamer, then there's no need to read the rules, since they're VERY obvious anyway. They're similar to those found in most other games and are of course, just common good manners.

I have read them now though :)

Nope.

I kinda skimmed across them, got the jist of it and continued. :)

I don't remember, but I think I read a little bit about every rule, and after a few times I read all of them carefully.

Add me if you so wish: SwreeTak

I'm pretty sure I didn't. The rules are pretty much common sense like no badmouthing anyone, scamming, or whatever. It wasn't until I got somewhat into the game that I bothered to read the official rules.

I read the rules, the manual and printed off the world map

there are no stupid questions

just way too many inquisitive idiots

balance is scary to people who like things easy for them

I think I did, read them at one point soon in my playing time either way.

I have read them, but it was a while after I started playing. Most of them are common sense really, so it's not that big of a deal if you don't read them (unless you want to buy your gp illegaly :shame: , then you need to read them).

There's no place like 127.0.0.1

There are only 10 types of people

in this world: those who understand

binary and those who don't.

This statement is false.

$DO || ! $DO ; try

i read them about 3-4 months after i started playing only because i got bored in school and could't start the game from school computer.

No, I never read them then, But I read them later.

I was good enough to not have any problems with not reading it.

Basically, if you know your right from wrong, you're good.

Which can't be said for everyone... :|
