CheapMark
[hide]No.[/hide] Lol. I sometimes have regretted playing runescape, so I then quit for like a month. Then I create a new account and play it again......so at the moment, I do not regret it...but in a few months I will.....and the come back later...so NO, I don't regret it. ~Cheap Mark P.S. Warp_Blade
I cannot even begin to say how much I regret ever creating my first character. If I could meet my alternate-dimension-self, the one who never set their online foot into Runescape, I would see a "me" who did not get hooked on RS, then got lead to online game after online game. I would see someone who actually has/had a social life and acing elementary and high school, and getting uber grades for an uber university. To anyone who has just stepped into the world of RS, quit now, change for PW to something you'll never remember, same with your recovery info, find Runescape's website IP and server IPs and add them to your HOSTS file (refer to Google) and live the life you nearly destroyed. stingkid
Well, I don't regret starting it. But I don't regret stopping. Although as far as I've come I might start playing casually again. berbatovsky
Why regret playing a game? I think people delude themselves into thinking they would be the smartest/sexiest/most popular person if it weren't for Runescape but i gaurantee you playing this game has nothing to do with your lack of social skills or ability to do well at school/work. Blaming a game for ruining your social life is beyond moronic. YOU ARE LAME BECAUSE YOU ARE LAME not because of Runescape, sorry. (btw thats not aimed at anyone specifically just a general back handed swipe accross the flanks of all the people blaming Runescape for their loserliness). Thus
I semi regret it. Up until recently, I was addicted. Now, I have my kingdom (miscelenia) make my money from resources, so its like im playing when im not. I'm happy i discovered the kingdom, since it took me off rs for some time. CubeMage128
I have no regrets for playing Runescape. I SUPPOSE I could have spent the time I "Wasted" on Runescape pondering theoretical physics or planting trees to make my neighborhood look nicer or something, but I'm betting that if I didn't play Runescape, I wouldn't have done those things anyway. Oddly enough, for reasons which are too intricate to explain, Runescape actually helped my social life, and hasn't yet negatively impacted my grades (I get all A's, with the occaisional B from IMPOSSIBLE teachers). In addition, Runescape helps to relieve my stress on certain days. The bottom line is, Runescape has done nothing to hurt my life, and being honest with myself, I probably wouldn't have used my game time for anything more productive anyway. hahaha900
Well, sometimes I regret it, because I just can't quit, because then I have a feeling that I wasted all my time that I played RuneScape. But on the other hand I don't regret it, because I have learned quite a lot from it. If I hadn't played RuneScape, I hardly could write/read English. So it's 50/50 for me. Geordiequeen
No, I don't regret starting playing Runescape, Runescape is just somewhere where when I have done all the thing that need to be done like make sure my Horses are fed, watered, ridden and all my work is done and I am not going out with my friends. Runescape in the end is just a game to me.

highlanders
I don't regret it, I'm not one to hold regrets anyway. But I do think I could have done better things instead of Runescape. But it's a question of evolution, I guess I had to go through Runescape to understand I was better off doing other stuff instead lol 2480+ total

vilageidiotx
One of my life mottos, no regrets. You spend your life regretting what you have done in the past, and you lose time, then you find yourself regretting all the regretting you did. I see it more pathetic to regret things like playing video games then playing the game itself. What does it say about a person when they regret and worry about such petty things? Yes, im sure i would have lived alot diffrently if i had never played the game, but theres always that chance that i would have been hit by a car because i was somewhere else. Ive known people and have had a good time in runescape, and and i dont regret that at all. I dont think most people who say they regret runescape do, they really are just trying to look cool, putting on a facade to feel better then those who dont. Some people are like slinkies, normally they are dull, but they always give you a smile when you push them down a flight of stairs.
Rebdragon
You guys speak like regret and remorse are bad things :| . If you never felt regret or remorse... you'd be a heartless robot or something o_O. It's not like you have to spend 10 hours a day regretting playing Runescape- something small like that doesn't exactly waste time. Yes, I regret playing Runescape. I feel regret for the fact that I could done much more than sit at a computer all day doing nothing. Do I think about it much? No. But I still regret it. Yes, im sure i would have lived alot diffrently if i had never played the game, but theres always that chance that i would have been hit by a car because i was somewhere else. Denial-argument :| . I dont think most people who say they regret runescape do, they really are just trying to look cool, putting on a facade to feel better then those who dont. Hehehe. Fairness
No. If you regret starting it, you should be able to finish it and stop posting on the forums. You aren't able to? Then lie in front of the train now. You're being watched.
