I usually skip Turoths cause I can't be bothered with the spear or going to get more arrows. The very low Slayer monsters can be quite annoying sometimes as they have poor drops and very low xp. diddykong33 Posted September 5, 2007 Share Posted September 5, 2007 i remember when i was doing slayer with the edgeville master, he kept giving me like 50 hellhounds, 60 hellhounds, 30 hellhounds almost back to back.. i got tired of killing hellhounds so i figured i'd try a different slayer master to see what i could get for a change. i went to the lost city slayer master and the first assignment i received was 170 hellhounds. . . :? I was a noob so I looked up where birds lived and they were all on Ape Atoll and you needed to be a combat and quest god to even get there in the first place so I didn't look at Slayer again for six months. Then I got a funny message while killing chickens for feathers. I kinda like Jungle Horror assignments. I pick up enough snake skins on the way to make a full ranged set or two. mrnick12 Posted October 5, 2008 Share Posted October 5, 2008 Some people may disagree with me, but I absolutely hate Warped Terrorbirds/Tortoise task. -.- It's just a pain in the butt, you have to use the Crystal Chime on it, and if you dont kill it fast enough, you have to use it again.
