Oi I am Brazilian and Adiministrador of the Top Brazil F2p ^^

 

It would like to know as they make to verify if the player is pure f2p.

 

Therefore I have a doubt when if it looks at recovery questios of certain players has options of Member as payment details.

That is one test that it already was Member?

 

For example: Maqdisk

I think the credit card method has become unreliable for checking pure F2P status in recent times and is therefore obsolete.

 

then which better way to verify?

 

Seeing them ingame on a members world.

There are ways of checking if a player has P2P experience.

But there is no way you can check if they have been member - in case they don't have any P2P experience.

 

Jagex doesn't give away any billing details, so they wont give away information about players & confirm if they are F2P only or not. Unfortunately.

 

But now that this subject is brought up again, I could always ask them to check the players

that are currently on the top 250 list.

If they agree with this, and there seem to be some ex or current P2P'ers on the list,

I will let LordJake know, and they will be removed.

 

(I'll post again later about this subject to inform - if needed)

If to make an order in the RuneScape Forums the Jagex could in supplying a way to them to confirm if is pure f2p or not? : x

There does exist 1 way of checking or someone is member at this moment, checking or he/she has been member is impossible :(.

Please keep on-topic guys, this thread's about the Top 250 F2P Play players and the list, nothing more. There's a thread for all General F2P discussion.

Just wondering on the side, I am sure Jagex knows about the existence of this Top 250 F2P thread and list. Have they said anything in the past that mentioned anything about top F2P players?

 

I don't think its a way to promote high lvl F2P, but more of less recognize the community itself?

Most likely gaining 4 levels this weekend, I could get 5 if I wanted to gain a prayer level as well, which I don't.

Anyone have any idea what happened to Gota H8 Stds? I was looking forward to him maxing out as I used to see him around quite often. But now he no longer shows up on the highscores. Or maybe I am typing the wrong name?

His name is now "Gota H8" Which can still be found on the Runescape Highscores, or this Top 250 F2p list. His name was changed due to it being deemed "offensive" by Jagex or other members in the community so he was forced into a name change.

I heard d sweetheart was banned for several days due to botting. She was not in hiscores and trackers show her xp gain flatlined.

Yeah, I know this quote is old, but I just wanted to say that D Sweetheart's a p-mod, and even if she became one in between the time of the quote and this post, she couldn't have done anything wrong that would result in a banning in the past.

All I can ask for is a checkup on the current list to see if it's correct.

after a check through the highscores, heres some names i found:

 

1littleone1 - 1381 ( already been mentioned but i couldn't find them on the list :S)

esteurge - 1369

cross strike - 1359

dooodlebrain - 1354

corleone b - 1351

schweitzer7 - 1347

 

there are also more names between 1347 - 1342 but the names given would take it the list to a minimum level of 1347, so they wont be needed.

list was updated last night, but forums wouldn't load for me to post (which also meant i didn't see that list of addtl names to add)

i have seen some in-game (on my other account) also i check the highscores at each level to see if anyone who 'looks' like a pure f2per is there, then do the necessary checks. it doesnt take long, an hour at the most.

anyone interested in a new clanchat to discuss F2P issues & have

It will take a while to get it circulating though.
