July 2, 200719 yr there not going to release a plate right after a full helm. If they ever do realease more it will be at a time when they are running out of ideas for updates and need something exciting, not any time soon anyway.
July 2, 200719 yr There is no real need for them to release a dragon plate, the chain is still valuable, used by many people and heavily sought after, while the dragon medium was little more than junk. there are no stupid questions just way too many inquisitive idiots balance is scary to people who like things easy for them

Been busy doin nothin but rangin black and iron dragons with rune crossbow, smithin mith bolts, and sellin black dhide armour. I never wear my dragon medium either. It is sort of a status symbol since u can only get from drops or buyin it. Price may hit below 300k? July 2, 200719 yr Jagex confirmed that they will not release the d pl8 or kite. Actually, i'm not too sure about the kite, but i am certain that the pl8 will not be released for a very long time, most likely never. ~ W ~

What your thinking of is this quote on the RSOF from Mod Emilee's update Thread. "[Please Do not SUGGEST any] Additional Dragon items". This wasnt saying they wernt going to Make them, just that they didnt want people to suggest them, as Jagex had plenty knowladge of what could be made. People intrepreted this as "Were not going to make them so dont suggest them", which apparently turned out to be incorrect.
