I wanted to know your opinions of it-personally, i prefered the old one because it looked a lot more realistic, compared to the new one where he "dances" around and looks like a drunk hitting a rock. krisc6 Posted July 5, 2007 Share Posted July 5, 2007 if anything it looks more realistic.really the animation before you hammered out ores with oe hand sometimes and with little effort.Now it looks liek hes really hammering away at that rock till it gets the ore and i dont see no diiferance with power mining times. Not really, I mined some coal to try out the animation and I only had to "1-hit" one of rocks to get some coal. IMO it's still the same. No longer playing Runescape, I caught the WoW bug. Stop a large section of powermining, making people have to mine regular ores alot more, in turn brining many more ores into the market? The ore market is probably the smallest raw material market in rs, this could greatly increase how many people go into it. Want to be my friend? Not always, sometime , like with iron, he puts the pickaxe against the rock, pulls it, and sometimes you then get a rock. My dads a coal miner and when they pull out those picks and shovels they are swinging not pecking at those rocks like little birds but now it's mostly machines.
