Some tipiter said that they thought blood crafting would come out with the completion of the sanquesti region story line. I agree with that.

In a long time, just to piss us all off. Remember how long it took for farming and construction to come out while they have been promises since early Rsc.. Literally years :roll:

I beleive the Mourning End series.

how does the abyss portal prove it? Just because they have it. Maybe, you think, they just included it so people would not ask "why is there no blood and soul portal?" maybe they just added it so people would think it is going to come out. For all we know, it will never come out.

They will come out in +/- 148 days, and each off number represents 5 years, so i think my guess is really close :lol:

 

 

 

For real though, i think they will come out in the nesxt year, because if there isn't more high level updates (kudos for the mith dragons JAGex), more high levels will get bored with Runescape, and decide that they don't feel like playing.

 

 

 

Take my word for it. In the next year or so, or never at all.... Just like the supposed summoning. Haven't seen anything about it since '04

how are we supposed to know? It's up to jagex, and no one here can provide an accurate estimate

Blood runes would be tricky for jagex. Going along with the mind -> chaos -> death level intervals, the level for crafting blood runes would have to be past 99. Obviously they are 2x more powerful(according to jagex), so I propose that it will take 2 ess to make one blood rune. Considering how many(sometimes annoying) quests you had to do to finally have access to the death altar, no doubt the blood altar will be twice as hard.

 

 

 

I have no idea on the soul one though, perhaps they'll make it like the blood rune(2 ess = one soul rune), but the level to make them would be lower than blood runes. The quest to access the altar could be a humongous, intense sequel to restlest ghost. :)

blood runes are going to be 77 runecrafting.

I think Bloods will be lvl 76 and Souls will be somewhere 85+. That doesnt follow the patterns but... whatever. Bloods might be in the other half of that unfinished arena thing in the Sanguinesti region. Soul alter might be in some other random spot like Dragontooth Island or that unused area south of poison waste... :-k Of course they wont be released until 2057

I have no idea on blood runes, but i doubt anytime this year.

 

 

 

Sould runes, will probably be brought out sooner, and maybe with the red axe (dwarf) quest storyline. Not going to ruin the storyline for those who havent done it, but maybe souls are crafted and used for making those chaos dwarves.

About :thumbsup: that far on a map. Ultimately the question is as pointless as my answer ... but just to join in the pointlessness ...

 

 

 

I'd suggest that Jagex are having heated discussions about where/when to bring these in. There would have been certain standards set in terms of levels to craft certain runes which these may not fit into. So what do they do?? Break the mould, don't release them as craftable?

 

 

 

My guess would be ... if they ever do come out ... that they will come out sometime next year, following a very difficult quest. The Talisman would be dropped by a fairly high level monster as a semi-rare drop, and in the beginning the altars wouldn't be accessible through the abyss (maybe needing a second mini-quest with Zamorakian mage and a number of visits to 'point' the portal at the altar).

maybe 2 years or one and a half. It might take a while for jagex to create a requirement other than the rc lvl like a hard and long quest

Also, apparently they accidently released the blood and soul talisman. they deleted the 2 talismans. they've accidently released info multiple times, including the second development diary and these talismans.

Unfortunately, they won't be double-craftable - it would break with the multi-crafting pattern. If they were, it would be at levels 154 and 179. Laws and deaths also have double-crafting levels over 99 (110 for laws and 131 for deaths) and they aren't double-craftable either, so we can be fairly sure souls and bloods won't be (too bad aye?)

 

 

 

As for the main point of the topic, I have no idea. I hope (though highly doubt) that it'll be soon.

My RC is 1, but if blood and soul crafting come out, which it might not, I'll probably start training it. But, it might never come out.

The blood altar will be released probably next year it takes awhile for programmers to type the codes for the quest and stuff so hold your horses people we got Some great new updates this past 2 months so we should wait until they die down to get more great ones.

i dont realy think you can train your rc to 77 in just a day... or 2... i think it will be a month work :roll: (6 hours a day without runners)

I don't think soul will ever come out, but maybe blood will, eventually lol.
