I had just teled to falador and i caught a strange sight, a mod holding a "luring contest", in the screen shot i realize it says something like" its not luring if it doesnt happen", but should a mod even be talking like this in the first place? I hope this isnt just harmless fun taken out of context but i just wanted to know your opinions, and if im taking this too seriously.

It's almost certainly true, most grey crown moderators are idiots incapable of typing a proper sentence...

I am dissapointed in jagex. I have found a couple other player moderators who have been rude/disrespectful, but to break the rules? What was jagex thinking when they hired this guy?

 

 

 

I hope jagex isn't going quantity > quality when it comes to choosing moderators. There seems to be a mass recruitment of p mods these days.

Jagex seems to be recruiting alot more mods now-a-days... that probably means less time to assure the quality of mods. I hope you reported that guy, so there's one less corrupt mod running around.

I actually have less respect for player mods than I do normal players; that is, unless they earn my respect. I know and am friends with several player mods, so they aren't all corrupt... However, more often than not, when I see a level 70 p-mod, I can assume he is ignorant and does not deserve his power.

I hate practically every player mod I see, every one I've met has been a complete jerk to me and the people around me. Jagex are making more and more stupid decisions..

What really do you expect out of a pmod? Granted we have perceptions and expectations on how they should act, but when jagex uses quantity of successful reports sent in as a primary way of judging, you're not necessarily always getting pmods with the most mature judgment.

No, but level generally corresponds with knowledge about the game. Someone who is level 110 is far more likely to abide by the rules of the game and be helpful to the community than someone who is level 60...

Well I don't know where all you lot have been hiding, but i meet a lot of pmods and have never once met one who is disrespectful/a jerk... (although I am perfectly willing to accept that a very few are)

Im with dragon, sorry but the majority of lvl 70s i meet are immature, p mod or not, I rarely corrospond with lower lvls unless they show me that they can act like an adult.

 

I have about 5 people under lvl 100 on my list and 3 of them are tipiters.
