September 6, 200718 yr http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/manc ... 981558.stm An 18-year-old burglar who vandalised a children's campsite building was caught because he wrote his name on a wall at the scene, a court has heard. Peter Addison, of Heaton Mersey, Stockport, and his friend Mark Ridgeway of Poynton, Cheshire, smashed crockery and let off fire extinguishers. Addison received a conditional discharge. Ridgeway, 18, must carry out 60 hours unpaid work. Both pleaded guilty to burglary at Macclesfield Magistrates' Court. Addison was ordered to pay ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã725 compensation and ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã20 costs. Ridgeway has to pay ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã20 costs. There are some pretty stupid criminals around, but to leave your own name at the scene of the crime takes the biscuit Inspector Gareth Woods Apart from writing his own name in black marker pen at the Toc H centre in Adlington, Cheshire, Addison also left his gang's name on the wall - The Adlington Massiv!. The teenager vandalised a Garden Birds of Britain poster by adding "R Gay". He then left a final message to the campsite owners - "thanks for the stay". Police found him after entering his name in a computer system. Inspector Gareth Woods, of Cheshire Police, said: "This crime is up there with the dumbest of all in the criminal league table. "There are some pretty stupid criminals around, but to leave your own name at the scene of the crime takes the biscuit. "The daftness of this lad certainly made our job a lot easier." Seriously, are people just getting more stupid every day?
September 6, 200718 yr Seriously, are people just getting more stupid every day? Nope, just mainly us Brits. :D Quit Runescape 30th May 2006.Thanks to Hawkxs for my signature :)
September 6, 200718 yr Nope, just mainly us Brits. :D Chavs. This guy belonged to the Adlington Massiv and he managed to advertise his own name all over his crime scene. I bet his parents are proud. Thanks Venomai for this super sig and Kwimbob for the awesome avatar!
September 6, 200718 yr Well, he simply deserves a place in history for such a stupid mistake. I'd love to see his grades in School. :P Instead of being so moronic, they should perhaps get a job and earn money instead of wasting their life in a prison. :-w ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)RIP Michaelangelopolous
September 6, 200718 yr Seriously, are people just getting more stupid every day? No, no, humans have always been this stupid, you just haven't been looking hard enough :P . [if you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.] Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series.
September 6, 200718 yr Disappointed at the sentence though. Should have been a harsher punishment. Reclaim my country from the chavs. Double the fine and also given the accomplice a fine too along with at least 100 hours of community service. September 6, 200718 yr Stupidity and criminals seem to go hand-in-hand. Remember the story a year or so ago, when a guy getting chased by police stopped to smoke some crack? I also read about an outlaw (I believe his name was Ketchum) in the late 1800's that robbed the same train at the same exact spot 4 times (on the 4th attempt the law was waiting for him). To top it, while he was in jail, his brother tried the same robbery again and was killed in the attempt.
September 6, 200718 yr :XD: Hope that more criminals follow his example, in that case stupidity may actually be desirable :-w .

September 6, 200718 yr Chavs. Are you one of those "I hate all 'chavs'" people here in TIF. to be fair, who else would be so arrogantly stupid enough to do this at a crime scene? We can breath in space, they just don't want us to escape
September 6, 200718 yr Or disrespectful enough to write that on a wall. Let me say, this isn't a reflection on the people of Manchester. With so many trees in the city you could see the spring coming each day until a night of warm wind would bring it suddenly in one morning. Sometimes the heavy cold rains would beat it back so that it would seem that it would never come and that you were losing a season out of your life. But you knew that there would always be the spring as you knew the river would flow again after it was frozen. When the cold rains kept on and killed the spring, it was as though a young person had died for no reason. In those days though the spring always came finally but it was frightening that it had nearly failed.
September 6, 200718 yr Lol, I hope he loses the respect of his gang and his friends. he probably didnt write his name out of stupidity, he just did it to publiscize that he pwnt a campsite... Moron. [hide=]tip it would pay me $500.00 to keep my clothes ON :( :lol:But then again, you fail to realize that 101% of the people in this universe hate you. Yes, humankind's hatred against you goes beyond mathematical possibilities. That tears it. I'm starting an animal rebellion using my mind powers. Those PETA bastards will never see it coming until the porcupines are half way up their asses.[/hide]Apparently a lot of people say it. I own. http://linkagg.com/ Not my site, but a simple, budding site that links often unheard-of websites that are amazing for usefulness and fun.

September 7, 200718 yr That deserves some noticing. :) "The cry of the poor is not always just, but if you never hear it you'll never know what justice is."
September 7, 200718 yr Judging by his intelligence, I think we should be praising him for actually being able to write his name. ^Sir Jem 05-The Bunny Drinking Blog?^ Click it!
