Do you think Jagex will Take this offences away :(?

Judging by the different ip's and random "bursts" of rules broken, most likey they believe that you weren't in control. Eventually they will go down, but for now its best to appeal and explain you didn't do those.

If you submit a reasonable apology or appeal they will take SOME of them off.

What the hell is a legacy punishment??? :shock:

16.3 black marks out of 10... Something tells me Jagex staff can't count. :roll:

 

Anyway, if you appeal and catch them on a good day, they should recognize the fact it wasn't you who caused those marks, but someone else who was using your account.

Just appeal them all and try to give as much proof as possible that it wasn't you... And don't do anything remotely bad for a looong time, just to make sure. :|

DAMN. He sure as hell is lucky.

the reason he has so many black marks, more than 10, is because jagex ban you for all the offences at a random time as you can see he has been banned on the same day for all of them, it happened to me too

 

 

 

if he looks at his emails from jagex about the bans he would know they came all within a few seconds. this means that you can commit offences for weeks then they just take you down at once. and they always give you a last chance appeal, thats why he is still able to play.

A Legacy Punishment appears when you got a blackmark/punishment before the new offence system was added to the site.

Whatever you do, DON'T send an apology for the offences, nobody reads them and they make no difference.

yup i agree...only bots read them...there have been plenty of cases where ppl sprout all sorts of garbage language and vulgarities in their appeal cases and they got accepted as well as a hell lot of ppl who talk nicely and appeal as best as possible but get rejected...you be the judge on jagex appeal system :-w

Well, there isn't much to say here except that you need to appeal your blackmarks. If it wasn't you, you don't deserve to have them. If I'm not mistaken, Jagex looks back at the past account history in order to see if you're guilty or not.

As most people here said, just appeal them and tell Jagex it wasn't you.

 

They'll look it up and see that someone else was in possesion of your account when the offences were made.

Yea, never apologize. I got black marks that I didn't deserve on there. And the only way for you to get them appealed is to blame it on customer support. Heck, it usually is CS's fault.

Maybe they got an error on JAgex banning service :P?
