September 17, 200718 yr Err, is this a joke :| ? Of course everyone would prefer to be skinny... why are you asking? Im sorry but I think this would take longer to recover from Im sorry that is slightly disturbing but that is the reality of skinny. I'd post the obvious, easy, perfect response to that, but I'm sure that I'd burn out the eyes of most Tip.iters if I posted the picture response. So, I'll just say- at least she can still move and get outta bed. [if you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.] Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series.

September 17, 200718 yr I know its disgusting, but people are saying being skinny is good. That proves its not. New teenagers have skinny celebs as rolemodels which is causing all sorts of probloms in society. Also dont just look at the picture, read the quote I posted with it, it will make sense to you then. Im not just trying to scare ye off. www.di-rs.com
September 17, 200718 yr I know its disgusting, but people are saying being skinny is good. That proves its not. That's about the equivalent of saying that Muslim extremists committing acts of terror proves that all religion is evil. Yes, sorry, brought religion into the thread, just trying to prove a point here, move along. September 17, 200718 yr What? Read the quote please, some guy just siad doesnt everybody want to be skinny? Who would want to be that skinny in all fairness? And what exactly is your point? The same one as Im making? www.di-rs.com
September 17, 200718 yr What? Read the quote please, some guy just siad doesnt everybody want to be skinny? Who would want to be that skinny in all fairness? And what exactly is your point? The same one as Im making? That in comparing the near-equivalent levels of "skinnyness" and "fatness", being skinny wins, even when you get to the most extreme cases on both sides of the spectrum. Obviously both extreme ends are a terrible way for one to live, any large enough divergence from average weight is a bad thing (I'd say that a lot of you guys need to put on a few pounds, in my own opinion, and of course you can even with a fast metabolism), but being barely underweight is better than being barely overweight, in the same way that being very overweight is worse than being very underweight, even if both can be extremely detrimental to one's health. [if you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.] Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series.

September 18, 200718 yr I'm pushing around 165 pounds at 5'11", but i'm essentially still a teenager, i've yet to fill out, so i'm perfectly happy with how I am. I've got a pretty fast metabolism though, I seem to be able to eat huge amounts of food and gain little weight. "Da mihi castitatem et continentam, sed noli modo"

September 19, 200718 yr I weigh 102.4, but I am in a growth spurt (and have been for about a year), so I get tall fast and gain the weight later. I have no other choice.
September 19, 200718 yr Does everyone really need to keep requoting that whole pyramid? It's bad enough to see the picture over and over again, but seriously, you only need to quote one or two levels.
September 19, 200718 yr Why should I have to choose? If you're fat, get moving and lose weight. If you're skinny, eat some protein and work out. >.> 2480+ total
