Bini
Next to that: I sometimes make lists of autoÃÆÃâÃâërs on old accounts and as you can see some old autoÃÆÃâÃâërs aren't banned (while I reported guan b01- guan b07 about a week ago)... Nice find!! I can find 99 Miners similar to that. They all have names that seems to come from the same country but not all names are similar, they do have some similarities that can look suspicious, for example, many of them have Mining and Smithing ranked or Mining, Smithing and some Combat skills ranked and they usually have 49 - 60 Smithing. I don't know if Jagex has noticed them but I know that they banned one of them, Evorika, she passed Emmajay on the Mining Hiscores but Jagex banned Evorika later. To me it seems like thay are Autoers that either don't play anymore (because last time I saw one of them in-game was 2-3 Years ago) or they are just making new accounts to make them look less suspicious. (Emmajay was #1 Miner at the time.)
haggisoflife
nice clean path free of bots in my neck of the woods - result!
fusion77
While people are busy complaining about the presence of autoers, we should take the time out to think about one thing. That thing being that on the top lists there are virtually no autoers. Surely there are some but they don't get much time to exist on the highscores, which is I might say one of the most important things to many players, who would rather compare themselves to another human char, and not a mechanism. So needless to say , we should be thankful for the effort jagex puts into it. Its not like we are the only ones aware of this problem. And seeing as they are the ones who get rid of the autoers whilst we sit on out flat rumps complaining, we should give them higher recognition. So why have I not seen you on as of late?? Get 99 str and quit? OG f2p'er for life. 11th Person to Rune Mining. Always accepting burnt Lobs!

Some names seem to have something to do with each other. I'm Dutch and have learned german on school so I translated a few of the names that looks to me as very suspicious. ;) I haven't seen them training mining for months btw, so I guess they will allways remain in highscores :( ;). I also found some with (96-97) Mining and they had 94+ Fishing. (Haven't looked any lower yet.) If they really are Autoers/Gold farmers then they must be the oldest mass-macroing groups in Runescape since I saw one them 2-3 years ago. The Woodcutting-Macroers are back. I saw many of them cutting oaks and Normal Logs which made me think that they are doing that until they can cut yews. Alot were also cutting Willows in Port Sarim. berserking1
along the lines of the mining farmers/macros i was buying gold ores today and a nice fellow pm'ed me selling about 2k somehow we got to discussing other stuff and he said he mines gold in f2p at the crafting guild, and has to hop around alot because the autoers/farmers are there all the time, usually 2 per world. i'm sure jagex does work hard on banning these accounts, but f2p is just a sector of the game that can't be as heavily controlled as much since there's no revenue, it's a tough dilemma :(
