Oh ok, I was under the impression that he only dropped elite clues (tip.it bestiary only lists him as dropping elite clues (probably why I thought this...)). 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving.
