A monkey greegree can be made out of this during or after the Monkey Madness quest. When held, the monkey greegree will change you into a blue faced gorilla. The chances of getting a monkey skull from a Zombie Impling is extremely rare. Tip.It's item database has informed me that you could use some grats. Grats. Can we get a pic of the gorilla? :D
