Don't know what the :!: is though :-k The :!: is the slayer dungeon, you can access it by the Eyes of Glourphine quest and grappling over the tree west of CW. The Fairy ring is also not (completly) useless as its one of the 4 combinations you need to dial to get to the fairy queen in the Fairy Tale: Part 2 quest. Also a good spot for alching and getting away from noobs :)
