im a huge fan of muse and i was wondering whether theyre were anyone else on this board

 

 

 

i went to see them recently and theyre were electric,never been in such an atmosphere and im hoping to get another chance to see them after christmas.

I was leaning and getting crushed up against the fence around the bloody golden circle (hates golden circles) in the middle just on the right side.

I think they're very good. And I'd love to see them live. I bet that it'll come from it very soon. My favorite albums are Absolution and Black Holes & Revelations. For some strange reason I can't really get into the first two albums. Unfortunatly. I love the videoclip from Bliss though. At the time it came out I didn't really like the music. But for some reason the clip made quiete an impression on me because I remember it exactly. I think that Time Is Running Out is my favorite Muse track. It's incredible, it's so powerfull that it gets me everytime I hear it. That this inevitalbe thing that's going to cause complete distuction (both inside, but outside as well) is coming, you know that it's coming, but for some reason you can't stop it. Brr. Great song.

one of my favorite bands, they are really great live.

I'm not much of a fan, but they're undeniably a very good band. My favourite track of theirs is "Map of the Problematique"; it's really atmospheric and the intro is very powerful.

They're really good, but I don't really enjoy their type of music (if that makes any sense :oops: ). I do listen to Starlight quite often though, and have a couple other songs that I can't remember right now. (One of them is Knights of Cydonia, I had to play that song like a million times on Guitar Hero until I finally got five stars on it :lol: )

I've seen them live twice now, and they're bloody wicked. Saw them once at an outside arena in the day time, and the last time I saw them was insidem the inside show kicked mega [wagon].

 

 

 

The crowd did a 10 minute encore call, just a deafening roar with a chant of Encore, Encore, Encore! And they came back on and played two more songs!

 

 

 

I was so amping after that show, felt like I had taken something.

Seen them twice, though the second time doesn't really count because it was at a festival in which security was atrocious and I couldn't really get a view of the stage.

 

 

 

First time was in Lille, France though, and that was the most amazing experience of my life.

Been to see them three times, they're incredible live. One of the gigs was outdoor and was by far the best. Something about Muse is very spacey, it's only fitting you should be looking at a night sky when listening to them.

My roommate is a huge fan, so I'm forced to hear it a lot. I really hate the whole "britpop" thing or whatever its called, but Muse is ok, I guess, sometimes.

I like the song Knights of Cydonia, cause I play it on Guitar Hero a lot. Not sure if I have heard anything else by them, though.

Just listened to Starlight... yeah, everyone has heard that song. It's alright, but it's not really my kind of music.

Album work by Muse = (To me anyway) awesome, but nothing not mind blowing. Live = WTFBBQ mind blowingly wicked. I'm sure all the girls in the first five rows fall pregnant from just being there. They fully ramp it up, their album work is quite laxful and laid back. Live, they put everything into it!

Ooo my brother went there for a bday present! Must of been loads better than mine... My Chemical Romance. Absolutely terrible to wot i have seen Muse play :/

Thats the thing, I have no idea what genre, I guess that sounds more like it.

Its great that muse are thinking outside of the box and performing songs which border the outer fringes of the imagination rather than what were seeing in the music spectrum nowadays.

 

 

 

if you only heard of knights of cydonia because youve played guitar hero then listen to stockholm syndrome.Its better live because its usually their finale.Extremely reminiscent of the who and im glad i got to be their at wembley when it happened,recorded it on my phone but all you can hear is screeming :XD:

I'm a huge fan. My friend introduced me to Absolution and I fell in love. Went out and bought it and later bought Black Holes and Revelations. Soooooo good. Their early stuff is awesome as well. I've never had the chance to see them live but I've watched some videos and they're amazing. One thing though is that I wish people would stop saying they're Radiohead wannabes. I think there's a huge difference between Muse and Radiohead's sound.
