The exchange, what does well.

There are some pretty surprising trade patterns developing.

First example, F2P logs:

1. Yews - a good seller, and no need to obtain what would once have been a saleable quantity. In general, put them up at market price and it's usually an instant sale.

2. Logs - the next best, and a higher price than eaither Oak or willow

3. Oaks - lower sale price than logs, but usually a quick sale.

4. Willows - in several attempts, mine didn't sell, and the price is pretty poor too.

Bones are another oddity, selling easily at 90 each.

Black kiteshields (Ice giant drop) usually sell quite well, though maybe not instantly. Since there is no standing stock of them in store, nor is there any bulk manufacture, there are usually players wanting to complete a set of black.

Armour sets, of lower metals such as iron and steel, will usually sell overnight, seems strange as all the parts would be buyable from fully stacked shops, but the one stop boxed armor does save time chasing around.

Imp beads are pot luck, may sell instantly, or may hang around for ages.

Talismans: Air, water, earth, fire seem to be most in demand, possibly for their use in combination runes - Mind is a slower seller, though sometimes several will sell immediately

I found it was extremely easy to sell air runes, I sold 20k of them at max price with 30 seconds.

Vials of water (not the empty ones) were selling instantly at max price a few days ago. It's getting harder to get the empty ones, though, even at high prices.

Empty Vials are probably being used to cast Humidify on.

Zamorak Robes (100% drop from Iban Disciples) sell fast, min price. I get 12 sets a trip, 5 min per trip. About 400k an hour.

Started free trade with 1.5m cash. 2 weeks later, have hit max cash 2x.

PvP drops: 359 Brawling Gloves, 11 Vesta's Longswords, 41+ Zaros/Ancient Statues

9 Dragon Full Helms, 3 Dragonfire Shields on the old PvP loot system

Brawler guide is being finished!

I may be wrong, but aren't Disciples located at the very end of the underground pass? How on earth does that equal a 5min trip???

Not any more, I know someone who sells over 1M of them (no joke, getted it from air running) and now it takes ages... :(

ashes sell instantly (or did 2 weeks back) for like...4gp each i think?

They actually sell instandly for over 40 gp each now :P you may check ;).

stuff with ge prices where I don't agree with:

burnt bones: (gives just as much exp as normal bones) +- 15 each must be like 65 each

ball of wool: (I've sold many K's of them for over 100+) cost max 5 each, must be like 50 each +-

cooked lobbies: (now Pking is gone it's worthless...) cost at least 200 each or something while they are suppost to be worth like 160? +- I hope there will be needed a lot of food after summoning (A).

amulets: diamond amulet without sting cost 8.5K at least, diamond amulet with string cost like 2.5K (indeed, you will lose 6K just by attaching a ball of wool on it) and a amulet of power cost 2K +- (indeed, another less while it just went better?~!).

Pots sell for less than the herbs to make them. So much for making any money on herblore anymore.

Is is probably my biggest problem with GE, maybe my only problem. I used to make good cash from herblore training it honestly. I would camp at chaos druids and then make the potions. Now, it is more profitable to just sell the herb. I am so thankful that I spent all that time to build up a skill just to make less money.

I second Yew Logs.

Also, Burnt Fish seem to sell well... odd...

Collectors.

I shall take my flock underneath my own wing, and kick them right the [bleep] out of the tree. If they were meant to fly, they won't break their necks on the concrete.
So, what is 1.111... equal to?

10/9.

Please don't continue.

Most items that seem crappy on f2p are useful on p2p.

ASHES - used in Serum 207.

BONES - ectofuntus in Port Phasmatys - 400% prayer boost.

BURNT FISH - mostly used on quests, i guess.

Ashes - Correct

Bones - No one really uses the ectofunctus now and anyway, what's the point of using normal bones anyway? A complete waste of time. I can't particularly see why someone would produce a large amount of them unless they were rich with a low prayer level or wanted to scam with then.

Burnt fish - There is probably a quest which requires them but it is done completed by me. However, some people have quite large collections of burnt fish which is a reason to buy them in bulk.

Green Dragonhides sold fast for me... kill like 10 or so green dragons, sell hides, buy another load of lobbies... Great for slayer

Dragon Bones don't really sell well, I had to wait like 30 minutes to buy 15 for a quick level.

And now FM can be a profit. xD, buy willows at 15 or so each, sell ashes 30 ea.

And yeah, empty vials take a while to sell.

And a last tip is to go in the Edge dungeon and kill a bunch of Chaos Druids with a wealth, for an inventory of herbs. Run over to GE using the shortcut, nice cash.
