January 16, 200818 yr out of about every 5 ice giants i get 1 gold charm that drop rate really isnt that good. While I attack ice warriors I get 1 every 2 which is a good drop rate. Ponies!

January 16, 200818 yr For Gold Charms, Giant Rock Crabs drop 10 of them every 1/3 or 1/4 kills. 1/3 or 1/4 is an estimate, this is what usually happens for me and most players but there is of course the random time that you will go a few over without getting any.

January 16, 200818 yr I read on the RSOF (Great source but still maybe worth checking out) that Giant Granite Crabs drop 10 Gold Charms at a time. I don't know the frequency fo the drops but it sounds quite frequent. They're found in the new Chaos Tunnels. I just heard the same in a mates clan chat, I'll try and find them to see if I can confirm it. EDIT: Yep, my first kill dropped 10. I'll try killing a few more to check how common they are. Bloody slow with melee though, I'd advise mage if you plan heading there. Confirmed. And yes, meleeing them is impossibly slow even with great equipment and high stats. giant crabs are extremely easy to kill them with magic. you hit 90% of the time. retired 12-31-09
