Right now it looks like Salamence is my best best, although the 25% stealth rock isn't looking too favorable.

Gyrarados are the best Pokemon that your asking for both resist fire and bug through all three have stealth rock weakness.

I just loaded up my old team, and apparently it sucks even worse than I remember, and I can't really be bothered/don't have the time to fix it. <_<
