Hey, i've now quit due to disconecting and when i log back in i was in fally,while chinning at ape atoll. I lost full arma, ranger boots, archer ring, zammy book and 10k chins...:( kept fury, fm cape and barrows gloves( :wall: rofl)

The hilt was before coinshare was around and around 1 week after the new trade system so i couldn't share with faty. lol

Don't quit Rock God. At least finish what you started and get 99 ranged. You are not far from it and you have the money to do it. Just finish up and then begin thinking about quitting.

at the very least finish your goal before quitting.

Sorry you feel that way :( Since the 15th of April i've disconnected just over 2,100 times and believe me I know annoying it is. Infact several times i've wanted to quit because it drove me nutty, but it turns out to be jagex's servers from one of the RSOF tech forum stickies - turns out I have to wait a week for Mod Trons response on it but until then I have to keep disconnecting every few seconds/minutes.

 

 

 

My goal was 99 slayer and so far I haven't let the disconnections get in my way of reaching that goal. I'm now currently 220k away from 99 slayer and no matter how many disconnects I get i'm gonna get it.

 

 

 

So don't give up on your goal man, we all lose money, heck, i've lost 60M in the last few months from grand exchange =( but the truth is we can make money back - in time. I hope you don't quit.

You know, I was just looking at that the other day. I saw the Fury, Skill cape, and Barrows Gloves protect over a set of armor worth over 30m. I've worn a ring of life every time I went chinning since I saw that.

 

 

 

Anyways, sorry for your loss. Though you still have 69m which is a lot more than most people. I'd say to finish your 99 range goal, then decide if you still want to quit.

Get 99 range, then decide.

I know losing half of your money that quick can put you in shock, but that is NO reason to quit, especially when you're so close to your goal. Look at it this way: I'm 116 combat with over 1700 total. I only have a bit less than 20m to my name. Yet, I'm able to have the most fun I've ever had on this game. You have 70m, which is much more than I even need. Heck, with that much money, you can make your loss back easily. Just don't let something like this make you quit, at least try.

gl but yeah if you quit you pretty much shouldnt have started the game, i died with exactly the same you did chinning but with only 2k chins (same gear) that was my whole bank at the time, i also lost 200m staking last year so i pretty much have nothing but hey i stay for the challenge, if you give up for does but nothing comes easy.

69m is a hefty start, not worth quitting if you got that much money

Don't quit, you may regret it. If you decide to return, you'll realize that you could have earned everything back during the time you quit. I lose 1.2B and had nothing left. But I still made enough for a Yellow Partyhat in 2.5 months, starting with only 2M. And I'm only F2P. I'm pretty sure you can double what you have in a month, just don't quit. =\

seriously dont quit u can still get 99 range then work on other goals get more cash, i died the other day and didnt quit the game, just slayer =p wcin to 99 now =p dont give up yea it sucks u died but it happens, wear a ring of life next time ur in a bad area and scared of d/cin!!

Since when is 70m considered poor? It will buy you that 99 range goal and so much others. Its not like you really need 120mil+ to survive. I know it sucks to loose that much, and I'm not blaming you for quitting, but your better off getting over it. Sorry for your loss, I hope you stay. :)

 

 

 

EDIT: Don't even worry about money. You can survive without it. I have about 1680 total and I only have about 1m* and I can still manage to get 1+ levels a day.

Dude the same thing happened to me while i was at daganoths :( I only lost 1.1m tho :x

Takes an odd 3-4 mins+ to reach your grave from ape atoll teleport spot, so you know what you could have done.. unless you stayed offline for more than 1min.

Aww don't quit man, you still got a hell of alot more then me :)
