I then fell down the stairs this morning, hitting my neck, back and elbow. Now I get to go to work in a lot of pain :thumbdown: My back is still killing me. I had made toast to go, plus when I fell it hurt like a [bleep]. I just lay there winded for a full minute in pain covered in peanut butter and mud thinking 'it can only get better from here.'
