I just bought myself a small mouse. Since I work on a laptop, I've been using the track pad for ages but I got tired of my fingers being shredded up after training RC yesterday on double xp weekend so I got myself a laptop mouse. It's still a bit hard to get used to, but it should be better :P

Finally got the call about what time I'm supposed to be leaving tomorrow... 05:45m tomorrow morning <_<

Going to a place called Villena to play in the Moros y Cristianos fiestas.

500~ for 4 days work, and free alcohol whenever I want it. Not bad if I do say so myself. :thumbsup:

My friend's the Chapel Prefect, so we've decided to all just wear priest robes taken from the chapel for the Halloween party. Thank God kids don't go about trick-or-treating in Aussieland, or we'd probably end up being arrested.

 

Since theft will probably firmly cement our places in Hell, God shouldn't have too much of a problem with us storing alcohol in the robes. So, yay, concealed drinks, I guess.

 

My friend's cousin will be going to the party in a suit... he'll also have blackface on, for some godawful reason. I'm reasonably sure he'll get stabbed by someone before the night is out. And he will probably deserve it.

 

In other news, went and saw a play last (Friday) night, it was pretty good. A Day In The Death Of Joe Egg, it was called. There was no one called Joe Egg in the play. Nobody died, either. I suppose it could have just been set on a day where a completely unrelated person who just happened to be named Joe Egg died, but that seems to be a rather strange way to name a play. It was fun, because everyone suited up and rolled out looking faaaabulous. Twenty people rocking up to KFC at 1am wearing suits and evening dresses = hilarious. So many strange looks we received. In a reasonably related incident, my sexuality was kinda shaken on that evening. But not by much, so it's okay.

 

And also my computer monitor is broken again, it just won't turn on. Usually I just wait a couple of days and it magically fixes itself, so I'll just take that approach for a while. But it means no Minecraft/videogames in general for me. Though it might be for the best, I have a metric [bleep]tonne of assignments due.

Last night we were supposed to be done on our line by 8:30pm or better, but during the day shift they had to shut down the plant for over an hour due to the pressurized air used in various parts of lines not being pressurized. As such, we had an extra ~90 minutes, meaning about 10:00. But we managed to get ahead a bit and were done by 9:30. But instead of letting us go, they made us help re-code a bunch of the product we ran on day shift. They took about 10 people and shoved them and 2 carts in a space that fits 6 people and 0 carts and expected it to go well. It didn't really.

 

On the plus side, I just started my 4-day weekend! I don't have to work again until Wednesday, when I will be making around $3 an hour more than I have all year.

I'm sooo bored. I was watching the [cabbage]tiest movie I've ever seen. It's called Dragon Wars and it was worse than my current [cabbage]tiest movie I've ever seen, Aeon Flux. Don't watch either of those movies.

 

On another note, I heard it was double xp weekend on Runescape. I didn't even bat an eyelid. I'm so proud of myself. \:D/

YES! I finally learned all of the piano solo in

song. I still have awkward changes between chords and arpeggio's, but for the most part it actually sounds pretty great. It was a goal of mine to learn it this summer and I've got three days of it left, so I'm happy :D

My friend and I are finally done our trip-hop track.

We entered it to the Ableton Summer Challenge. The more plays we get, the more likely we are to win. You know what to do. :thumbup:

Yea I got pretty lucky with my name change.

 

I went to the Chicago Cubs game today with my family. Had to leave home at about 4 o'clock in the morning to make it to the bus, then it was a 7 hour bus ride to Chicago. Was pretty cool, better than the other times I've gone. Glad they actually won for once :roll:.

No. This used to happen to me a lot. Just try to avoid blowing your nose too much. And stop doing cocaine.

 

If it's seriously worrying you or you can't think of why it would be happening, schedule an appointment with a doctor. You could probably get your nose cauterized pretty easily, I know people who've had it done.

 

 

OT: I spent the whole day reading. I have two extremely boring books to read before school starts on Tuesday.

I'm sitting in Nevada. Bored out of my mind. I want to go home. On a brighter note, around the 25th of this month my parents and sister leave for eight days. Meaning I have the house to myself for eight days. :) On a sadder note, I have work and school for six days.
