Pretty much. Electronic configuration essentially dictates how the entire table is set up. It might make more sense if you look at a full table without any of the rows pulled down underneath (they did this because its really wide). The one on this wikipedia page shows everything where it should be, including a (hypothetical) g block. For practical purposes, just ignore rows 8 and 9 on that one.

 

It's all the other patterns that fit into EC that are neat imo.

Yeah that's a good question. I learned this stuff in year 10, so I'm surprised you're learning it now.

I learned it in high school. It's just part of the CHEM 101 course that I have to take as a prerequisite for my major.

Until my clearance comes thru, I mostly do warehousing due to restricted access and shizz. Not complaining though, get paid $28 hr. 2 days work = more then my last jobs per week. ^^

Normally he lives in the dorms for 3 days. He leaves Thursday nights after class for home and shows up Tuesday mornings for class.

He STILL hasn't showed up. I checked his Facebook and google translated his last facebook status (from chinese, bad translation from google) and it said "White bully me". Before that he asked if anyone wanted to go to Great America (A theme park) with him and got no responses.

 

He's either taking the week off or dead.

I've complained a lot about him before. Sleeps 15 hours a day, antisocial, watches anime when not sleeping/in class, peed on the floor twice, doesn't shower, wears same clothes for multiple days/sleeps in them.

 

Not a douche per say, just not someone I want to be around or live with.

I'd probably transform into the psycho room-mate from hell at 'peed on the floor'. I'd [bleep]ing lose it. Unless they have like a medical condition, but you make it sound like he's just really [bleep]ing lazy.

 

 

I don't normally do well with roomates for extended periods myself, mostly because I keep really strange hours, sometimes even moving to a multiple sleeps per day model. I also find it soothing to have the TV on when I fall asleep, so its not uncommon for their to be lights or a TV on in my room at night. There aren't very many people who have the ability to fall asleep effortlessly in that kind of environment.

 

Never been a huge fan of sleeping with my day clothes on. You have two options. You can get dressed the night before, which awesome as that is, makes you look like you slept in your clothes. Because you did. So unless you want to take your shirt off every morning to iron it, its a no go. If you wear what your wore all day to bed, then your getting the bed dirty, and you have to wash the sheets more often. I already do this every week, because I grew up with a laundry happy mother. I like my sheets super clean and fresh, though I tend to be on the lazy side for other laundry.

I know when I goto Uni next year (hopefully) I refuse to get a dorm because you get paired up with a total stranger. rather rent with trusting peeps or mates, even if they dont go to uni, as long as they help pay rent.

Well I thought I'd be okay with the uni acommodation but tbh it's a bit of a nightmare. I got 3 hours sleep last night because the noisy [bleep]s decided to come in at 3am and no amount of ear plugs helps when they're shouting their heads off. I'm calling in today and asking how I go about leaving. By a billion miles I'd much rather be living with my boyfriend and he'd rather me be there too. I just need to get out of this damn tenancy agreement ¬_¬ I can see the appeal for some sorts of people, the social sort, but if you're quiet and not interested in drinking it can be pretty shit. ¬_¬
