The news sources need to recheck their facts, or need to watch the gruesome videos of Geddafi's execution.

He was not killed in crossfire.

He clearly had a head wound before he was put in the ambulance, it IS possible he was hit in the head and his brain was missed, leading him to bleed out during the ride. Still though, that doesn't necessarily mean he was hit in the crossfire.

After reading his blog etc, It kinda moved me. If someone can go from ripped to very fat and back in a year~, then I should be able to do it also. So starting *tomorrow I'm going to start going to the GYM each day and watch wtf im eating.

 

*....I haven't got a car today and its a 1hr walk to the GYM. :|

Bike-less and in my current health state, running/walking there I would probably collapse, especially in this blistering 30*C heat.

 

I also noticed I've actually managed to do some of my New Year Resolutions. past 3 years I've had the same 4 goals:

 

Get laid/relationship

Move out

Get a job

Get healthy/fit.

 

Didn't even notice I've managed to do the 2nd and 3rd this year.

After ~18 hours of traveling, i'm finally at the Hotel. I'm not even sure how much i traveled today because i passed through so many different timezones. My body is confoosed now.

AA has some of the worst Business Class i have ever seen. I won't be wasting money on Business class next time i fly AA.

Each day is inadvisable. When you go to the gym you tear the cells so that they rebuild stronger and in greater numbers. Going every day doesn't give them the time time to rebuild before you start tearing them again, which just [bleep]s your muscles up.

If you're going to start going to the gym, the first week is going to be rough, but you just have to stick to it. After about a week your body will adapt and you won't take nearly as long to recover.

I feel really... bad about myself. I just wrote a short essay justifying the Nazi scientist experiments on the holocaust victims. I'm not sure how well this will go over in class...

Rewriting lab reports is a bunch of crap when the teacher gives an entire packet for the sole reason of typing out every word in a worse format. We have to type the procedure in paragraph form instead of in a list which makes absolutely no sense when the packet he gives us is already in a list!.

I'd have gone on about how the Évian Conference, despite being attended by representatives of more than 30 countries, failed to achieve of its goal of allowing refuge of Jews in Austria and Germany.

 

Both America and Great Britain had the power to prevent this by agreeing to taking in refugees, and others would have followed suit, but they refused.

 

Hitler himself had this to say on the conference: "I can only hope and expect that the other world, which has such deep sympathy for these criminals [Jews], will at least be generous enough to convert this sympathy into practical aid. Im aware of this, but if I can at least force my body to get into routine it'll help.
