Speaking of boardgames, a good one in the Munchkin series. When I was living back home a group of friends and I would play that while drinking. Fun times.

 

I play with my brother, but he's no fun. "Draw a room card." I go get a pen and paper to draw a room card, but he insists it means "draw a room card from the deck." Clearly they left out "from the deck" on purpose...

 

 

 

 

^ That is one of my favorite board games of all time. They've released newer DVD versions, but I haven't played any of those. It's kind of hard to repeat the game with the same people though, as it loses some of the scare factor once you've seen it. But even so, when you get in the big race against the clock near the end it's still pretty fun even if you've played it before

Making my own small Mana/Health potions with fluorescents to make them glow. As well as developing a new alcoholic drink, using said bottles. My sister bought a few that fit into your hand for her baby shower, so all I need to do is give them a wash and start mixing up a drink. (Plus they're meant to be drank from these ones)

That's nowhere near big enough if you're planning on selling them in Australia

Last night was amazing: the music, the people, the events. I'm pretty sure no one there was sober, but everyone was incredibly friendly, there were no fights or anything, which is a bit rare to say around this part of Belgium. Hell, there weren't even moshpits, despite the music being really fitting: everyone just danced together without making trouble. I met a whole bunch of people that I hadn't seen for a while, and strengthened the bond with my best friends. We stayed till 6, when the party ended and walked home. It had started mildly snowing during the party, and as we walked home, it started piling up and before we knew it there was maybe an inch of snow, which is special because usually it never snows here this late in the year.

 

This post doesn't come anywhere near to conveying what yesterday night/this morning was like.

This weekend ended up being wayyy better than I expected.

 

On friday I came back home for a night because of a friend's birthday party. Before that, my best friend and I went to check out a new Thai restaurant...and it was FANTASTIC. We then went to the party, and while it was pretty small, it was honestly one of the most fun parties I've been to in a while. There was a ton of incredible food, and there were some friends there I hadn't had the chance to properly hang out with since before college started. By like 11 the whole thing was a dance party, and I was in the right mood for that to be incredible. Eventually, my other best friend who goes to school ten hours away from me showed up, which made it even better because I got to catch up with him and everyone else there. I was a little nervous that it would be awkward because I wasn't THAT great of friends with the chick who was throwing it, but those fears were completely unfounded. The party ended up dying down about 3, and then the two people I had to drive home and I all stopped at Taco Bell to get Frutista Freezes. To ice the cake on this whole night, they bumped us up to larges for free. We all chilled for a bit more, and after I dropped them off I ended up getting home at about 4:30. Easily the best night I've had in months.

 

Yesterday I started my day by getting lunch with that friend who came back from far away. On the way there, we chilled with my other best friend for a bit before going to Chile's, which I had not been to in a long time and was just awesome. After that, I headed back up to college and got Buffalo Wild Wings with my friends up there. I don't think I've ever eaten so much chicken in one day, but I'm not complaining haha. We spent the night just chilling in my friend's dorm, watching Pulp Fiction, Anchorman, and Napoleon Dynamite (ohhhh nostalgia) and playing Cards Against Humanity until I eventually had to leave at 1:30 to catch a bus back to my dorm. Just another fantastic night, and it was especially awesome that this whole weekend was so great while staying sober the whole time.

I forget if I read it hear or on reddit, but someone posted something about a certain kind of bizzarre soup from Thai restaurants that's an absolute must. Middle East food is way underated.

 

Forgive me if my geography is wrong I just got off a 10 hour shift from 80 minutes of sleep last night.

It didn't, I was thinking about anything and everything. I think this is down to me not bothering to sort out my sleeping pattern, so I just wasn't tired enough the night before.

Brew moonshine, if you do it right turn in red and put in health potion bottles. If you incorrectly brew it, turn it green and make into poison potions. Or just turn it red either way for the laughs of a health potion turning you blind.

I made up for my sleepless Saturday night last night, slept over 12 hours, and I was supposed to go to school this morning...

 

I need the rest though, I've got a busy week coming up: the school play's premiere is Thursday, so this is the stressy last week where we have to rehearse every evening. And then Friday night my band has a second gig lined up, which we're all looking forward to. And apparently we're not the only ones, a lot of people have been telling us they want to see us play (sometimes again), and our band's page has been getting more visitors lately.
