lol I like never post here anymore and I'm not sure why. Anyways, yesterday was my last day of class. I have an essay due tomorrow afternoon, then my finals start monday. Super jealous of everyone who's already off ;_;

 

More importantly, I just found out today that I'm getting an interview for a software development engineering co-op with Amazon!! I have to set up an interview over the next few weeks and I'm nervous as all hell but I'm outright ecstatic at the same time. It's making focusing on this essay that much more impossible though haha

Luckily my pulse has slowed down to 130 by now. I was seriously worried and I haven't slept in 18 hours. So not actually too bad I think. But sun is starting to rise. And I am fully awake still.

We're approaching 12 hours of working on this project now, kids (to be fair, like 4 hours of actual work). Only 2 cigs left, can I do it? Also I keep forgetting, but I have to copy over my entire notebook and add in some journal entries that I never did. [bleep]ing great. I'm actually not going to be sleeping tonight by the looks of it.

 

Edit: Also, good luck getting into MIT, [letters] (rocco)! The fact that you could even possibly get into MIT is pretty impressive I must say. Even if you don't get in, you should be proud of having done well enough to realistically consider it.

First exam is on Saturday... Then a fully short answer exam on Tuesday with a half and half on Thursday. Yikes.

I find out about MIT in 36 hours  :mellow: didn't think I would be so nervous about it.

Also, when I was a senior in high school I still hadn't even applied to a single school yet at this point, never mind been accepted. I didn't apply until the deadline, which I believe was January 31. Still made it into the school I wanted though.

Back home for winter break after fall quarter. It's been difficult to adjust at times (my roommate stays up literally all night and sleeps all day, everyday), but so far I've loved my first months of college.

Alternatively, you'll end up like me and end up wasting time and money because your high school suffered some last-minute delays and never officially sent in the records to complete your application. :-P

Oh, and to top it all, right now we have such a storm that my friend just saw how a shed lost its roof.

And a branch flew into my dormroom window. On the fourth floor. Luckily it didn't do anything to the window.

Yeah. I honestly don't remember how it all ended up working out for me.  Seems like there's no way it should have looking back at it. I think maybe I sent my transcript and stuff before I actually applied to the schools. Maybe I just had to have my application in before a certain date and the records could be sent later?

 

All I know is that I got wait-listed by my top school and then accepted in May. So that was cool and overly dramatic on a whole. My family wanted to kill me over it haha. 

I only applied in the end of June, we couldn't apply earlier...

 

But at least for the IB students from my school, they also applied like in February or even December and the schools only got the final exam results in the August.

 

And sorry if I post too much, but I am still a total Duracell bunny from those [bleep]ing Red Bulls. I wonder what will be left of my heart and liver by the day after tomorrow. At least I am not planning on drinking anything for a while now.

psh. I had 2 14hour shots, a 5 hour shot and a bfc of monster one night my freshman year. my skinned turned orange and i didn't sleep for 2 days.straight. not recommended.

Last I heard it was about 5,000 Dogecoin for $1US. 1BTC is currently $933, so that's around 4,665,000 Dogecoin per BTC. If it hits an exchange you're golden. If you're not after something so risky, or want something to hoard in addition to Dogecoin, I'd recommend litecoin, feathercoin and worldcoin.
