September 26, 200817 yr Very interesting read, I'm going to add a "Like it" in a minute, but you might wanna use the sticky to tell everyone about the page. [hide=]tip it would pay me $500.00 to keep my clothes ON :( :lol:But then again, you fail to realize that 101% of the people in this universe hate you. Yes, humankind's hatred against you goes beyond mathematical possibilities. That tears it. I'm starting an animal rebellion using my mind powers. Those PETA bastards will never see it coming until the porcupines are half way up their asses.[/hide]Apparently a lot of people say it. I own. http://linkagg.com/ Not my site, but a simple, budding site that links often unheard-of websites that are amazing for usefulness and fun.
September 26, 200817 yr Ha, the response to the "10%" myth mirrors my opinions to a T. "No." Gold. [if you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.] Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series.
September 26, 200817 yr What about the bathtub question??? where someone tells you to empty a bathtub.. and choose one of the following.. they then give you a bucket, a cup and a teaspoon. and the correct answer is to actually pull the plug.
September 26, 200817 yr You guys realize this is complete bologna, aye? No. How is it? Cool.
September 26, 200817 yr You guys realize this is complete bologna, aye? Do you mean psychology as a whole or just this article? The title does make me laugh a bit though - "pseudo-Psychology". Psychology itself may as well be a "pseudo-science" it's that vague. | Favourite Game Music | Last.fm | HYT Friend Chat Rules |
September 26, 200817 yr Funny article, but I am a bit miffed they put horoscopes in the realm of even pseudo-psychology. Just goes to show that the items in this article really have little or nothing to do with psychology as a science.
September 26, 200817 yr horoscopes are actually pseudo-science Mercifull <3 Suzi "We don't want players to be able to buy their way to success in RuneScape. If we let players start doing this, it devalues RuneScape for others. We feel your status in real-life shouldn't affect your ability to be successful in RuneScape" Jagex 01/04/01 - 02/03/12
September 26, 200817 yr Some people use close to 100% of their brain. It's called a "seizure". For it is the greyness of dusk that reigns. The time when the living and the dead exist as one.
September 26, 200817 yr Some people use close to 100% of their brain. It's called a "seizure". Think how smart I could be if only I could attain this state of "seizure"! Beer
September 26, 200817 yr /sigh anyone who has taken a basic psychology class should know this, just goes to show the ignorance in our society really
September 26, 200817 yr Loved the Dr. Phil part. "He could climb to it, if he climbed alone, and once there he could suck on the pap of life, gulp down the incomparable milk of wonder."
September 26, 200817 yr they missed an important one waking up with morning wood does not mean we were thinking dirty thoughts :^o
September 26, 200817 yr It's true that we use all of our brain. It's basic physiology that when a cell isn't used anymore, it dies. A cell is in its function dependant on other signals provided by surrounding cells. A cell that doesn't receive these signals anymore and just lies around.. simply dies. You don't use all parts of your brain at the same time, but every single cell in your brain has its function. Edit: That part doesn't even have anything to do with psychology, lol. It's biology. But seriously, who actually still believes that horoscopes are true? I mean, you would probably still believe that the world is flat if you truly thought that. Oh wait, Flatearthsociety.org. I forgot.
September 26, 200817 yr Lots of people believe horoscopes are true. See: http://mypersonality.org/2008/01/22/hor ... decisions/ For it is the greyness of dusk that reigns. The time when the living and the dead exist as one.
