Ah I had membership (after all it friggen rocks).

 

 

 

Anyway, I had it for about 2 months, then suddenly I receive a email saying that I got refunded for them and I was confused as hell as to why.

 

 

 

So I try to login and it says that it can't login with the name and pass, so I did a recovery and after a while got it recovered, then read the messages I received.

 

 

 

Infact there was no need for me to recover my pass because apparently they locked my account for problems with them receiving the money from the card.

 

 

 

I quickly went and contact them about this event and how it never even told me of it in my email or anything and how it had me worried.

 

 

 

So anyway they respond, and apparently it was because of a mess up with the card and because of how they do it, and because of a coincidence, they charged it off of someone else, who apparently just found out about it and stuff.

 

 

 

And to keep on going, apparently they decided that because of this problem, they decided to also give me a free month.

no, E-mail (from the worldpay ya know?).

Well one time jagex messed up and charged me for 2 additional months, and locked my account until I would pay. I messaged them but they just sent me an automated reply stating that I was at the culprit for their mess up. Jagex sure are gentlemen aren't they... not. I mean, [wagon]. Bunch of evil [wagon]. >.>

Never heard of cases like this though, and you said they charged another guy by mistake and the guy found out? That can be dangerous, unless they fix everything that guy might have a chance to steal your account (credit card info can get past recovery answers you know).

Cool I want my (mums) credit card to do that too.

They send you an email when they have received your membership payment..it might be paypal or whatever I don't know
