Bank Tabs Ideas

Featured Replies

Hey

I've had the same bank tabs since day 1 of the new bank, and while they seemed great when I set them up, they are a complete mess now, I'm no good at keeping things organised. As I'll have to re-organise my bank again, I'm just wondering what bank tabs you have, just to I can get some ideas on how to organise my bank. Thanks :)

Tab 1: Main tab/skilling

Tab 2: Slayer/general

Tab 3: Rune armor/weapons/drops/treasure trials (now)

Tab 4: Outfits/clothing

Tab 5: summoning

Tab 6: Questing/misc./junk

This is how I have mine set, nothing special but does the job :D

In order from left to right:

Infinity Tab: All currencies, Tools that I use alot (hammer, chisel) and any outfit piece or random item that doesn't fit in other categories

Melee/Slayer Tab [iCON]: All melee gear is stored here. Also, all Slayer gear stored here (Slayer Rings, Mirror Shield)

Magic/Travel Tab [iCON]: All runes, magic armors, runecrafting items and other teleports (enchanted jewelry, ectophial)

Range Tab [iCON]: All range gear and ammo stored here. Also Zammy Book is here since I use it most with range. Feathers, chins and unfinished range ammo stored here.

Summoning Tab [iCON]: All charms, pouches, scrolls and oddball seconds. Any second that is stored elsewhere, stays where it is. Only because I don't do summoning often, and when I do, the seconds get used up very fast.

Food Tab [iCON]: All cooked and uncooked food. Anything used in cooking or gathering (pie dish, sacks). Cooking Gaunlets stored here.

Herblore/Farming Tab [iCON]: All herbs, potions (finished and unfinished), seconds, seeds and anything else related to farming (payments)

Processing Tab [iCON]: This is my biggest tab. This includes all items that can be processed into other materials. This includes gold, silver, gems, ores, bars, logs, fletching materials, construction materials, varrock armor and pic. Finished products stay in the tab until they are sold (bows, bracelets).

Treasure Trail Tab [iCON]: All treasure trail items needed for Uri Clues. Also where I keep clues until I'm ready to do them.

ALSO NOTE: For about 50kish you can get the best or second best of items for the POH Costume room. I store anything that can be stored in the POH at the POH. Sorry I don't have any pics at this time (at work). Might upload them when I get home.

Well, since I was so used to the order that I had setup for the past 2-3 years, I kept it all in one tab, with one exception. I created a tab for the Uri's Emote armour/weps/etc that I would not normally use and would possibly mistake for junk.

Melee Tab--I have all my defenders up through rune, two sets of proselyte armor (one for placeholding), a set of full black (for tormented wraith), my helms, armor, dfs, bgs, etc. all goes in here when I'm not using it.

I generally divide them by skill. With all the different bolts, it's nice to have a tab devoted to range, although unfinished bolts, arrows, and fletching stuff gets dumped in there too.

Definitely have some separate tabs, 1 for herblore and 1 for farming. Without them, all the seeds and herbs end up in a mixed-up mess. Put potions in there too.

Finally, it's nice to have a tab for quest items and/or treasure trail things, items that you normally wouldn't ever withdraw and could be mistaken as junk. It's always terrible to find that you've misplaced a quest item.

Dragoon_Z2.png

Dragoon_Z2.png

1. Runes, tokens, tickets, cash, TT uri emote crap

Come to #tip-it on Swift IRC, if you're cool

Tab 1: Main stuff, my outfit, good skilling stuff and good armour.

Tab 2: Skill Capes and Boaters.

Tab 3: Cash and other currencies, also keep gold things from PP and Stuffables here.

Tab 4: Magic and Range.

Tab 5: Treasure Trails and Quest Items.

Tab 6: Herblore and Seeds.

Tab 7: Summoning.

Tab 8: Combat stuff I dont use much.

Tab 9: Not commonly used skilling stuff.

My setup (which I am considering revising):

Tab 1: Other

Tab 2: Secondary Armour/Costume stuff/Equipable Other

Tab 3: Primary Equipment (my drag armour, whip, glorys, other dragonstone stuff, lunar stavs)

Tab 4: Range Equipment (which for me is pointless since I hardly ever range)

Tab 5: Mage equipment

Tab 6: Runes, Gems, Tiaras, Talismans, Keys, and RC pouches

Tab 7: Summoning

Tab 8: Hunter

Tab 9: Potions and non-primary jewlery

Pretty crazy. I think I will reorg now.

Tab 1: Runes and weapons, sometimes some armor

Tab 2: "Consumables" and commonly used tools (Teleport items for example, food, spade, rope, waterskins, charms. etc)

Tab 3: Other Stuff (little-used armor and other stuff that doesn't fit elsewhere)

Tab 4: Potions, placeholder for each type at each emptyness level. I definitely recommend this tab.

Small bank really. I could probably dump 80% of the other tab...

OH S***! He/she/it is back!

Infinity tab: currencies and runes on the very top, then armour and weapon I have more than one of, then random junk that doent fit in any other tabs, bottom armour and weapon I only have one of.

Farming tab: seeds, farming products

Smithing/crafting etc: ores, bars, gems, but also logs and planks.

Treasure trail: all itmes needed for level 3 clues + the hard to get level 1 and 2 items

Ranging: bows, arrows, bolts, etc

Herblore: Herbs, seconds, finished pots.

Summoning: charms, pouches, seconds

Please think before you ask a question. If you ask the right question, its much more likely you get the answer you are looking for :)

Main tab: Money, tools, random junk that doesn't go into other tabs

Tab 2: Armor and weapons

Tab 3: Runes, arrows, bows, staves, runecrafting

Tab 6: Herblore, farming

Tab 7: Fishing, cooking

Tab 8: Summoning, hunter

Tab 9: Jewelry, teleportation things (ectophial, dramen staff, lyres, etc.)

I redid my tabs, I combined a couple and added 2. I also found about 12 things that had no reason to be in my bank.

Tab 1: Other

Tab 2: Secondary Armour/Costume stuff/Equipable Other

Tab 3: Primary Equipment (my drag armour, whip, glorys, other dragonstone stuff, lunar stavs)

Well personaly I have 5 sets of armour in the bank (4 + the set I wear), and several other sets in my POH. As a note I don't have any barrows armour either.

Tab 9: Quest Books: Those things I should throw out, and actulay might get rid of someday.

I don't know if you know this, but you can build a book case in your POH, even the lowest level wooden book case at like level 10 construction, and it will automatically store every single book from any quests you've done, plus several other books. There are few, very few, books that don't appear in the shelf, but I forget which ones.

* Money+Achievements and teleportation (runes, lyres ecto etc.)

1. Equipment

2. Weapons (Weapons, Shields, bolts & arrows)

3. Necklaces and rings

4. Herblore and Farming

5. Summoning

6. Skill tab

7. Junk Tab

8. Clue tab
