December 2, 200817 yr I normally use IE, but I'll use FireFox and Safari while I'm in the Graphics Lab. I've heard of Opera, but Crome? It's news to me. :-# 67/99/120 Invention
December 2, 200817 yr 5 votes for NetScape... I think NetScape should have been replaced with Safari in the poll.
December 2, 200817 yr Attention everyone in this topic. What the hell are you doing not using Firefox? Seriously, 500 people on IE? LAWL! I know... Those people are sitting there with a giant exploit waiting to happen. :boohoo: ~Mr. "Oh dear..." Devnull and normally with a cool mind.(Warning: This user can be VERY confusing to some people... And talks in 3rd person for the timebeing due to how insane they are... Sometimes even to themself.)
December 2, 200817 yr Chrome. Why didnt you include it (bigger share than opera)? Anyway. Firefox isn't bad too, has some nice features.
December 2, 200817 yr Firefox atm as I'm happy with it. I'll try Chrome when it's final. [404] Signature not found.
December 2, 200817 yr I swear I've seen this poll before on Tip.It. :? Anyway, Firefox for the win! 8-) Pretty much what Dragon said.Thread terminated.I guess that means I'm the thread Terminator? No Tip.Iters were harmed in the making of this post.
December 2, 200817 yr firefox all the way. always been that way! 99 cooking achieved on december 7th 2008
December 2, 200817 yr Opera all the way The "speed dial" feature comes in very handy. As does the password wand....one click and you're done! However, sometimes when I play Runescape and want to flick between windows (RS and tip.it) quickly I use Firefox as it's easier to do that when you're in full screen mode You should never use IE, it's not safe (downloads applets and other nasty things behind your back) and generally a stodgy piece of ****. You might as well uninstall it from your PC
December 2, 200817 yr Hmm... I use Firefox for Runescape (since Safari won't load it for some reason), and use Safari for browsing... I'll check out Chrome in a sec though (if there is a Mac port...)
December 2, 200817 yr You might as well uninstall it from your PC Has anyone ever actually tried to get rid of IE? I can't seem to :x It's telling me it's removed from my computer, but somehow sneaks back on after every restart... Taking a Playstation 3 break.
December 2, 200817 yr I have IE, but don't like it I've used Opera, but don't like it either I've used Safari, no good either I've used Chrome, same as the others And thus finally, I use Firefox, and always will :) Works best for me and has the greatest addons. ---------------- Now playing: Falconer - Emotional Skies via FoxyTunes
December 2, 200817 yr Surely Safari should have been on there instead of Netscape? I use mainly Safari but I do use FF from time to time or when I'm at home. "Unfortunately, the real world isn't the same as a fairy tale."
December 2, 200817 yr i am on google chrome 0.4.154.29, the most up to date version of chrome possible for the public. you've gotta go through some dilapidated process to switch it to the developer's version, which will then update it to the newest version for that, which has all the latest bugfixes and stuff. [hide=WOO TEXT! updated Jan 19, 2009 (last quote)] And Evil you mad bastard. You are definately bringing TET back up to it's glory. No doubt about it. December 2, 200817 yr You might as well uninstall it from your PC Has anyone ever actually tried to get rid of IE? I can't seem to :x It's telling me it's removed from my computer, but somehow sneaks back on after every restart... Just don't use IE. Instead, you can use another web browser as default. It'll still be there, but you don't have to use it.
December 2, 200817 yr I used to use IE (like 2 weeks ago) but then You Tube started loading rather slow, so I opening up Firefox without any problems. I'm getting used to it and rather enjoying it. The add-on's etc. are also very useful. I have Safari (never used) & Opera (never used) also. So, Firefox wins my vote (well, gets my vote). Ily N_Odie. ~Carl. RIP Michaelangelopolous
December 2, 200817 yr only reason i use ff instead of chrome is because of the addons not available to chrome... otherwise i would for sure use chrome :P it ROXX
December 2, 200817 yr Firefox, no question. I like the add-ons. ... Though I use the RS client to play, and that uses IE... So Firefox except when it'll make me have to go ctrl+alt+del, 'cause I like using guides at the same time as playing RS. Balance may be power, but chaos is still pretty damn fun.Canada can't be second rate, polar bears are their main mode of transportation.
December 2, 200817 yr Attention everyone in this topic. What the hell are you doing not using Firefox? Seriously, 500 people on IE? LAWL! I agree Firefox is better than the rest. Opera. Not pointing any fingers at anyone in this thread but Firefox users tend to develop a sort of fanboy/girl mentality and they will put down other browsers without having ever used them. They act like using Firefox is cool and rebellious. Maybe it was two(?) years ago when FF was new and people started hearing about it, now there's just as many if not more people who use FF than IE. Actually I have used IE, Safari and Opera (on a Wii though) and I still prefer Firefox because it's safe and of course the add ons. Hooray for the Tip.it Microhelper and Adblock Plus!!! You Just Lost The Game
December 2, 200817 yr why is firefox so good? :-k i might download it if you have some good points. :)
December 2, 200817 yr Firefox. (I'm not going to claim superiority over anybody else, just a distinct speed advantage. FF means I can now "run", i.e. close this tab quickly, when I've made this post. :P)
