i think it's the saradomin godsword,because:it doesn't hit high often and if it does it still doesn't heal alot.

 

a bunyip and good armour +whip is much more effective.

pretty much any godsword...cept zammy.

 

 

 

with arma, u dont hit max often

 

 

 

with sara, doesnt really high hit

 

 

 

with bandos, doesnt really high hit, so stats arent drained fast enough

zammy, effect always happens. they are always frozen for 20 sec, regardless of damage dealt. and its an instant ice barrage on one guy. even if they had the max mage def possible in game, they will still be frozen

To tell you the truth, party hat. They do almost nothing, cost about 100mill and make you look like a [bleep]unless you spend another 10mill on armour that goes well with it.

I agree with meziathol, it has to be the party hats, so utterly useless. If you do buy one you got to spend more money for something that matches. I cant afford it, maybe in the future. But if i ever have the money, i would not buy it. They don't look impressive like the dragon full helmet.

Well rares are entirely useless. But the most useless item that you can actually use for something? I'd say the saradomin sword. It's slow, it has the same stats as a whip with +1 prayer, and is a 2h weapon.

 

Yeah it just happens to be the fastest economical strength training ingame (who actually trains long term in dharoks at 1hp?), totally overated :roll:

 

 

 

Besides rares, I'd say the magic offence/defence spirit shields are pretty damn overated price wise. DFS is heavily overated for casual training, I can't stand seeing people train at armoured zombies with it, it's their choice, but it's so pointless to use in those situations.

Magic short is overrated? It's under ratted and a great weapon. I use it at level 120 combat, and I do prefer it to a Rune Crossbow.

The Arcane and Spectral shields are dropping like a stone, and I've been salivating over the Arcane one for awhile. It trumps all other options in terms of a Magician's Shield Slot.

Full Bandos I'd say. I'd much rather have the extra Defence bonus plus the extra cash you get to keep from using Barrows instead.

DFS over rated its a pile.

 

 

 

SGS not over-rated imo. tanked me to 99 range in my void on slayer. something not really possible otherwise (even with my uni i would need to be eating alot of food) Its spec is fairly accurate except on waterfiends

Fighter Torso/Bandos; the Strength bonuses really don't make up for such high Defense loss.

All the godswords, without their special attacks they're weaker than whip+rune def, dark bow bandos armour, fighter torso, 3rd age, those new shields

 

 

 

But I don't think the discontinued items are overrated, they're items that will NEVER appear again, 10 years from now they might not exist, while 3rd age and the other items might be half a mil each, there are less haloween masks than 3rd age items yet their cheaper, and you wouldn't buy 3rd age for stats so it's pretty weird...

Prayer pots are overrated in certain areas. You don't NEED them to kill Aviansies.

All rares are overrated, because they don't do anything, you loss them if you die(most probably), and they are worth a lot.

They're not supposed to do anything, they're supposed to be rare or have another sort of meaning (like discontinued), that's what a collector's value is all about

In this last week I discovered this award goes to the Fighter torso.

Yet, if you do not take in account the time, the torso is better. No one wearing addy is not a valid argument, As the armour does not get better if more people use them.

overrated weapon, in my opinion, is the AGS. Sure hitting 78 is nice but for almost 50m above bgs I just don't get it. Sure it's fun that's what lending is for.

 

 

 

Overrated armour has to be Bandos. Yes I own bandos and I make excuses why it's good but really I would much rather have dragon again.
