January 10, 200917 yr Very much doubt we'd beat WoW, it's got such a huge monopoly on the MMO market it's pathetic. Very much overrated imo but not surprised with that result... very surprised that Runescape is behind FFIX though. From what I've heard that game takes such a ludicrous amount of time to get anywhere that it's really not even worth trying.

The only thing it really has is accessibility. If my computer could still play WoW, I'd drop Runescape like a hot potato. And that goes for Age of Reckoning as well. If the CORPORAL beast is this hard, imagine how hard a GENERAL or COLONEL beast would be. a corporal is not even an admirable rank in armies that use that ranking system. Yeah, it is a pking minigame, so any arguments anybody makes will probably be biased.The best way this will end :Everybody just says,"I'm not arguing with you anymore, goodbye."The worst way this will end: I don't really know, psychological warfare? Worldwide thermonuclear war? Pie eating contest?

WoW has MORE players than Runescape's F2P and P2P combined. Heck, plenty of people who play Runescape do so casually, or just because it's free. As I said, Runescape's only pro is accessibility. Even the average Runescape user knows that fansites are better than FAQ sites. Runescape isn't very well supported there. It's not even listed under PC games, because it's a "WEB" game. I'd rather not have it go against WoW on the top 10 games for PC games, because some idiots will think WoW is better because the idiots on Gamefaqs said so. And yeah, maybe it is to show Runescape up a little bit, but look at the results, as of right now, we are third, which is pretty freaking respectable against such games as WaR and Lotr. Lets be proud of Runescape and how far its come \ How many of the other games on that list have been created with Java hmm?
