Roberthree
I was close. I thought he was going to a pop a cap at the end. Good story, I read it about 8 or 9 years ago when the interwebs were young. I thought about removing the spaces, but they do make it impactful. I Agree The Spaces most Definitely Enhance The Reading Experience.

i_love_burritos
If anyone else BUT our venerable and wise - self proclaimed leader of the Tip.it Tubes posted this, it would be shot down and flamed untill all hell broke loose. I ask you Reb, what makes you better, more knowledgeable, more cynical ? Sheesh this sucks, fake. You know, I read this exact same thing in the "friggin'" Digest, did you really have to post it ? I mean c'mon. I've always found this topic absurdely cliche. Ya, people do good things for others. What else is new? And dont use that spacing, you're wasting my time. Rien
And dont use that spacing, you're wasting my time. The spacing adds to the story, as Das pointed out. Additionally, the minute or so you took to read the post can hardly be considered a significant "waste" of your time. You probably spent more time writing your argumentative and negative post than reading the story, so who's "wasting" your time now? I certainly took something from the story. das
Ok, I got a second view and people said I was bat[cabbage] crazy to leave the spaces, So I reformatted the topic. Carry on. "Any people anywhere, being inclined and having the power, have the right to rise up, and shake off the existing government, and form a new one that suits them better. das
Edited the topic to remove the spaces and give it a descriptive title; otherwise good letter. LOL. Had I of known you were working on it I wouldn't of bothered "Any people anywhere, being inclined and having the power, have the right to rise up, and shake off the existing government, and form a new one that suits them better. Rien
I was imitating Rebdragon. Please don't tell me you didn't get it. A poor imitation at best. I recall that later on in the thread, he gave a perfectly logical reason as to why pondering infinity is a waste of time--it being a matter of scale. Conversely, you've criticised this thread and left it at that. Interested in helping the Tip.It Crew? Check out our Website Updates & Corrections Board! i_love_burritos
You're obviously very perceptive. I presume you like "simple" humor ? I cant really, argue on a topic like this, atleast aswell as Rebdragon does. As this is a very subjective topic. As you can see, I'm still here. Again, Rebdragon in that thread just wanted to prove his intellectual/scientific superiority. Again, instead of arguing about the jist of the topic, he rants about scale and insignificance. He's just out there to prove he is right. The point of the thread was to demostrate the entirity of the universe and our place in it. Rebdragon! Madmanpur3
Heh, kinda interesting to see this here when just last night my cousin told me that if he were ever to commit suicide he'd be happy doing so. Sure it's a good story, especially for moms (my mom would probably cry for an hour over it), but the fact is it's not going to change anyone's lifestyle so that's all it'll stay - a good story. IGoddessI
Heard this years ago when I was in high school. Is it weird for me to hope that one day my son turns out like RebDragon? The more I hear about your mother, the more I think she deserves a medal. The only people who tell you that you can't do something are those who have already given up on their own dreams so feel the need to discourage yours. Zierro
Sometimes it's hard to do good deeds. Especially when it seems like the whole world is against you and people keep messing around with your life. But in actuality, that should be an incentive. Why would we want others to be in the same shoes as us when we're feeling sad? I know that misery loves company, but life isn't permanent. Only your effect on society is. You need to be the change that you want to make in the world. I'm actually planning to write a book about this type of thing. Sure it's a good story, especially for moms (my mom would probably cry for an hour over it), but the fact is it's not going to change anyone's lifestyle so that's all it'll stay - a good story. Maybe not a full turnaround, but even if it makes someone do something as tiny as giving up their seat for someone in a bus, the story made a positive difference and can assuredly be deemed as a success. O2l
I read that story long ago in a e-mail a friend sent to me. It appears that me and that friend share the same story so this is really making me remember about stuff in the past. If more ppl acted like the kyle savior's the world would be a better place...and you would not be scared to wear a runescape shirt at school XD. But seriously...ppl have to realize how strong words or actions can affect ppl around us.
