March 4, 200917 yr well, with all the randoms being modified, i've noticed that i havent gotten a strange fruit event yet. if they took it out, wouldnt strange fruit become a discontinued item? they are still tradeable and are worth 1.4k at the moment
March 4, 200917 yr Strange fruit was taken out as a random event. They will still appear time to time in the Brimhaven area where you can pick their fruit. So no, not a discontinued item.

There are two things on Tip.It that frustrate me to the max: 1. Peoples' ignorance in regards to computers, I've seen many stupid things said on these forums, and many are security-related. 2. The fact that a lot of people think ANY item will EVER be 'discontinued' in the same way that party hats are. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. March 5, 200917 yr They're easier to get now then they used to be.. Chances are the prices might go down. I went to Brimhaven and just ran around collecting them for a few minutes for fun.. Got like half an inventory of them in almost no time at all.. :D

They just sit there because I don't want to get rid of them. I almost wish Jagex made them disappear after the holiday. I also have around 50 strangefruit.
