Ive found (and i have numerous friends who played this game) that the younger ones are nicer, than say the ones that are 15 years old.

 

 

 

Just me. Its the fact that there is internet anonymity, and people feel power when they can just be a [developmentally delayed] without any repercussions.

 

Given the (until recent) 13 year old age limitation, 15 years is very, VERY young. Anyone under 25 has an underdeveloped brain, and they generally aren't mature (and never fully mature). It's simple science.

I'de also like to point out it's not the age you are that shows your maturity it's your personality. Like I said, the first post had very little discussion value on the grounds that it was horrendously badly thought out.

 

 

 

The whole hypothalamic region doesn't apply as much to this debate. We're discussing long term decision making and consequence identification skills; it's unquestionably the frontal lobes, and if they aren't mature your not physically capable of thinking it through in the same manner as an adult. Hence the production of threads like this one.

Yes, your brain is at the most active stage because it is developing. Sorry, but it's a plain medical fact that children have different thought processes then adults. Go back and look at some of the links I've posted; children can appear mature in decisions stemming from short term consequences, but the thought pattern is different then that of a fully mature adult.
