I play electric bass, guitar, piano, trombone and baritone.

I currently play mostly bass.

Tried starting a band once, didn't work out. So, I'm currently waiting/hoping someone competent will make a band, which I shall be a bassist for.

Not so much a band, but I do have a solo post-rock/post-hardcore project. Basically, I rip off Radiohead, Envy and Slowdive; I write songs that gradually build up and use hardcore screams when it gets intense.

I've not recorded anything yet, but I'll be sure to let you all know when I have.

Oh, and I play guitar and keyboard when necessary, and I can also play trombone.

No I do not.

Yeah...Some people just go out of their way to ruin other peoples fun.
Sounds like Jagex to me...

I play alto saxophone (which generally means I can play most other saxophones, and clarinet. But I haven't tried), and I play a little guitar. We also have a drumset that I can keep beat with, but nothing too fancy.

I'd like to learn how to play trumpet, piano, and violin. When I say keyboard, I mean progressive style, not classical piano style.

I'd like to make a band, because in the words of the annoying-to-hell-bad-runner kid on the track team, "Being in a band gets you mad [kitty]."

Does the school concert band count?

I've been playing guitar for about a year, bass for five months, trombone for about half a year, baritone for two years, and piano for two years.

I'm in school band, but that doesn't really count in my opinion. I ditch concerts 90% of the time anyways.

I've been considering having a multi-genre band just because. I like playing various different things. Pop, rock, punk and metal are my favorite to play, though.

My preferred style... generally jazz is most fun to play. :P I play either with pick or fingers, but I can't slap bass for my life.

I play lead guitar and keyboard in a blues-rock band comprising of a few friends and I. We've yet to record anything of any significance, but regardless, we're waiting until December this year before beginning the serious songwriting. Until then, we're just going to experiment for the most part.

Guitar in a band, piano when I'm bored at home.

Guitar by myself, trumpet in my school band.

Harmonica. And I am ridiculously good at it. But I am not in a band.

That would be stupid.

catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream

I play guitar in a band. Our next gig is in June.

I play a damn good Kazoo. Let me know if you want to start a grindcore band, k?

But really, I play Alto, Tenor, and Soprano sax, and i'm decent-pretty good for a high school level. My parents attempt to have me learn piano but i'm terrible.

Learn some guitar, start the drugs and you'll be the next Bob Dylan.

Damn. Kazoo? Instrument's heavy as [bleep], man.

Damn, all those saxophones? You should learn bari. Although, alto's my favorite.

I would eventually like top play all types (soprillo to contrabass) one day when im rich. I have to buy all these myself though, so it takes me a while to get a new sax. bari is next though :) . Then sopranino :twss:

I used to play clarinet in my school's senior band. I was alright, but not one of the best. Although I got most-improved in grade 11.

You should definitely start a ZZ Top cover band.

I, like apparantly everyone else, play the alto saxomothing. Which pisses me off, because I came this close to playing tenor sax, but it was more expensive. I also recently got the sudden urge to learn gee-tar and/or bass. My sister has an acoustic she got for Christmas last year that I don't think she even ever attempted to play, maybe I can finagle that into my own hands....

Command the Murderous Chalices! Drink ye harpooners! drink and swear, ye men that man the deathful whaleboat's bow- Death to Moby Dick!

I play classical guitar, electric guitar and a little bit of bass (not enough to call myself a bassist).

I play classical guitar for a 3 person group (we enter competitions and stuff).

I was going to play classical guitar for a quartet who played at university level but the teacher said I didn't have a good enough guitar (mines really bad).

I play electric guitar for a group of friends/acquaintances (we play at this one competition @ school)

I play bass for the school jazz band.

Hopefully I'll manage to form a two person duet thing for electric guitar with this other girl soon.

ZZ Top? Sounds good.

I'll try as soon as I find competent enough guitarists and a drumer.

I'd love to learn guitar. But my hands are terrifyingly uncoordinated. That's why my harmonica-beatboxing is perfect for me. It really is just flailing the instrument around and screaming into it. Well, blowing into it.

I'm very good at the beatboxing with it, though. And I'm pretty good with it just normally. With my E I can play Any Way You Want It, and I think it sounds monstrous.

I'm not say, in a band, but me and some friends will just play random crap together every once in a while.

I play Piano, Guitar, a little bass, and I can keep a beat on drums....and if I'm REALLY lucky, I can do some basic fills :P
