I asked for manpower in return for diamonds, which is still open for negotiations, however my resources are a bit stretched these days, and I will need some time before this deal can take place. Unless of course, you feel like sending me some troops for my own conquering benefits. I also wanted a mutual truce of both non-aggresion and free trade. What are your terms?

 

 

 

I give you troops if you supply me with the right amount of diamonds.

 

 

 

I will use my handful of available airplanes to send you a fair amount of diamonds in coming months, but at the moment alot of them are being sent elsewhere. Expect the shipment within a year and a half. Unless Israel is willing to supply you with my diamonds to speed the process (as they are cutting them and making them more valuable). Speaking of religion, in my country the number of Catholics is falling, notably due to the takeover of the Vatican, and loss of faith in god due to this. Atheism/Agnosticism makes up 18% of the population now, up from 8% 3 years ago. Catholicism is down to 66% as well.

Men 18-30 must now agree to be part of my army when needed. Otherwise I use them and their families to open my mines. Training not included.

EDIT: I'm making conscripts because well, face it, my land is not a peaceful one, and riots DO happen. So I need troops to knock off those rebels. Police just don't cut it. After much sweet talking I have gained complete control of Svalbard and have started on my plans to use it as a weapon's training facility using convicts from various nations. Where soldiers will start weapons training on the convicts' 'facilities'. In layman's terms, I shall be using these convicts to teach soldier's how to aim. I shall only accept convicts on death's row, and I would prefer for scientists to use this to study psychology of both the convicts and soldiers.

 

 

 

This will be a non-profit movement. The costs will be purely to maintain this facility. I will remove the maintenance fee if you share your research from this facility.

Svalbard is part of Norway, sorry you can't have it. I already used it back in the first ten pages somewhere to hide my army during a revolution (if that was in continuity).

North Korean food crisis has been solved. I have drafted a communist economic bill:

 

 

 

Everyone of sound mind over 18 must work. Those too mentally-ill to work will not receive payment and have the option (by next of kin) to be put to death.

 

If you are physically handicapped but have sound intellect, you may work as a teacher or any other job which requires minimal physical activeness.

 

At age 16, if you excel at your academic studies, your job allocations will be of non-labor according to your area of expertise. Training for these jobs begin immediately and you will begin work between age 18-21 depending on the job. Education is between the ages of 5 and 18.

 

Job reviews and changes come every 5 years. Population is not to increase over 25 million; the country is just too small. Measures of prevention are being formed.

 

One child for every death in your family (twins+ count as one birth/child) as to keep the population steady. Extra children will not have supplied income for 5 years as to deter population growth.

 

Income supplied for every person changes periodically, but will at all times include enough for:

 

-Comfortable food supply

 

-Three new sets of clothes each year (shoes 2x only)

 

-Comfortable furniture

 

-Housing

 

-Other minor luxuries

 

Everyone receives the same amount of money (including children).

 

Everyone previously higher in the economy will be demoted as such, including myself.

 

Though I now have the same income as everyone else, I still have the power of governor.

 

 

 

This bill will be revised and put into action tomorrow.

 

 

 

Also, I've begun building housing in every village. The current generation is screwed, but their sacrifice is for the future generation of this perfect communism.
