First, do you have access to an unguarded helicopter? Second, do you know how to pilot said helicopter? Third, how do you plan on keeping a high internet connection, plus battery for your laptop, out in the middle of the sea?

First problem, I dont but i could probably get help at a militairy base to make a little oil platform town. There, second problem solved to, and third, learn to print/save pages on yer comp. and about the battery, i will find an accu large enough.

That's what I mean to say. Why would the be after US? Cold blooded means that the organism cannot maintain body heat by itself. Not hatred, careless or whatever...

It's because velociraptors hate humans. This is why they go after us. They go after us because they hate us. Ergo, they can feel hatred. QED.

 

 

 

What I meant, is that most vertebrates can swim instictively for a few minutes. After that, most of them drown (chicken for example). As for the "Hood"; it was "outgunned" by the "Bismarck". I don't see how swimming raptors would have prevented that...

Any competent historian will tell you that the HMS Hood was sunk by velociraptors. The Bismarck only lit its guns to make sure the raptors wouldn't sink it as well. But it was sunk anyway. Coincidence? I think not.

Have you got any proof cos I know some birds can kind of swim and I know alot of lizards and snakes can swim but it doesn't mean that raptors can.

 

 

 

I mentioned birds cos raptors have wings incase any body thought I was being a little wierd.

I didn't read the first post correctly, I simply skimmed through it. But even with every type of dinosaur brought back, with our current technological status, we would have no problem capturing or killing the dinosaurs. Heck, I could even see people using sauropods as a replacement for cows, just one of them could probably feed a small town for a week.

Just sorta thinking about it.. If dinosaurs came back you'd think we'd already have some sorta of defense against them or have enough time to set up a solid defense system before they became a huge issue. I don't think they'd just *poof* out of nowhere.

But what if a meteorite crashes in an underground cave and contains the alien equivalent of dinosaurs that grow and evolve incredibly fast. They would start popping up on the surface in a matter of days wreaking havoc wherever they go, including malls. Of course, the gov't would hatch a plan to destroy these creatures with napalm, lots of it, without knowing that fire only speeds their growth even more. WHAT THEN?

Step one- go into secret underground bunker that we will probably build now for such an ocasion(looks at zdf base, but will have much cooler avatars) completly stocked with food and amunition.

 

 

 

step two- find as many nests of dinosaurs as can be found and steal as many eggs as possible.

 

 

 

step three- hatch and make them belive me to be the mother.

 

 

 

step four- upgrade them with the best possible armour know to man. equiped with automatic machine guns strapped to their backs that will fire on any dinosaur not wearing a suit of armour.
