Some of the numbers, most notably fishing, were slighter higher than actual, this could be due to a myriad of reasons, first and foremost banking times etc. However the utility of the auras is spot on and Grimy's spreadsheet confirms this, however i would bump FFD and tracker up to 4/5.

 

Since I have many auras now I would simplify your choices to this, if you are going to c2 skill (wc/fish) get FFD or tracker right after JOAT, if not get LBJ or COTS. If you have a hard time making money definitely get greenfingers.

Worth it is relative. If you will be training that skill it is better to have it than not. That is why when rating something it should be judged on it's own merit. pp room 8 is 70% and room 7 75%, so increasing that by 10% (less failed urns may help you get in an extra half a run every time you use it), lets not even get into the increase in xp rates at dwarf traders should you choose to do those, and draconics could see an increase of 20-30k an hr.

 

Juxtapose this with call of the sea which is effectively worthless if you c2 fish (same with lbj) and i would say they are easily deserving of a 4/5.

 

Though I couldn't have worded your second paragraph better.

Ok, i was never disputing your #s, the fact that it's 68% compared to the 70/75% I thought it was just makes the aura more valuable, which is the reason for me saying it should be a 4/5 compared to COTS which is largely useless for efficient players.

Of course it's possible. The no.1 on rs : S_U_O_M_I is only less than a year from getting 200m xp in all skills. However thise will only be temporary due to the release of new skills next year.

We're not really discussing if it's possible anymore. Suomi is proof enough that it can be done. Most of the posts in this thread are about the best way to get 200m in all skills now.

S_U__O__M_I and Zezima trolling regular people like 'Genraali'?

 

So, today(11. August, 2012) at ~4pm local Finnish time(+3 GMT), my clan mate "Genraali"(alias Genu) was doing his regular slayer task at Iron Dragons, when suddenly he received an PM from Zezima saying "Hello."

At first we were really sceptical about this. It could have been anyone, maybe someone who stole Zezima's name or his account?!

 

Shortly after(seconds, or minutes) S_U__O__M_I(yes we checked the spacing, it was genuine, we think) whispered 'Genraali' in finnish "Älä unohi Anti-Dragon shield", in english: "Do not forget to bring Anti-Dragon shield."

There were some very obvious grammatical and spelling mistakes, suggesting us that it was done in quick succession to multiple people.

 

Genraali was unable to answer these PM's, suggesting that Zezima and S_U__O__M_I were doing this with their private on off, Genu doesn't recall talking with or meeting Zezima/S_U__O__M_I ever.

 

EDIT: "No pic no proof"? Generaali was way too confused to screenshot this weird event, this is why I'm here to check if anyone else received these messages!

 

EDIT2: Yeah, seems like it was just a glitch. Someone just performed a glitch on Genraali :D nvm me!

I don't know a lot of details about it, but I've seen someone do it. I could dig up a video on it I saw if people are interested enough. It shouldn't be too difficult to find on Youtube anyway. Zezima is a Pmod as far as I remember, and the glitch doesn't add crowns next to ones name.

That's probably it! Looks like someone is just having some fun with glitches. I did ask Genraali if there was a Pmod crow next to Zezima's name. He didn't have it. So I guess it's case closed. :)

I was just as confused as him, I didn't make this up. Just wanted a reason to post here. I've been monitoring our lovely top players for years now, It's been an real honour as a finnish player to look up the hiscores and see a finnish player with big letters saying S U O M I right at the top.

 

I feel bad that I didn't donate to him when I was training agility at the same time with him. He always seemed to be there, doing perfect laps after perfect laps. I did 90-99 there and I saw him make a mistake only ONCE. He was always ready to talk with anyone(as long as he didn't lose a tick) and seemed like a "down-to-earth" type of guy. I think he really deserves the top place at the hiscores.

Does anyone know the legit ranks for Thieving/Woodcutting/Firemaking/Hunter

 

Currently

 

55 people at 200m Thieving

64 people at 200m Woodcutting

82 people at 200m Firemaking

90 people at 200m Hunter

 

I'm guessing S U O M I probably won't be able to get sub 100 rank in Firemaking or Hunter. Although, Hunter looks like mostly bots which could get banned in the future. Wish Jagex never removed F2P.

 

Further inspection ranks 33-90 in Hunter are all sub 1k total with names like fjaksjhjah. Literally every rank 33-90.

edit- and if that isnt funny enough for you, how about how 200m ranged, starting at 14m xp, costs just 318m for all the chins. That's 1.7 gp/xp for a skill that is nearly 900k overall xp/hour.
