I need something to do this summer. I feel very unproductive sitting around playing xbox all day. I would like a project I could work on every day and have fun. The best thing would be restoring a car, but I don't have the money for that, it's just an example. Any ideas?

Get a job. Manual labor. Or there's things like woodworking. Either working or building something are probably your best bets. Combining the two would be fun. It is fun.

There are a bunch of cool projects you can work on there. They're mostly small, easy projects but there are some epic ones like MIDI synth guitars, or a sidecar for a bicycle.

This might be a stretch, but you could learn to weld. Then you're opened up to a wide variety of things to build with scrap metal, as long as you have an imagination. Kept me and my brothers pretty well occupied over the years.

 

If you don't happen to have a welder though, I wouldn't dish out the money.

So I found out that my brother stole $100 off of my desk while I was gone today. I can't confront him about it because he will only lie so basically I'm wondering the best way to get it back from him. Oh and he's a drug addict so he wont have a $100 bill on him at any time.

Nonono if youre talking about the orb and comparing it to the sun you need to take away the orb too.

So the ball stands for the orb and the sun stands for the heat

I built a potato cannon today, which was a fun project :) I have to wait a few hours for the glue to dry and shoot it though. I'll look around instructables for more fun stuff to do. The cannon cost about $30.

Well see I never bothered to check and see what was in hand sanitizer, so I really had no idea there was alcohol in there. But usually we play more with napalm and such things. Usually something like

 

1. Put gasoline in a container like a bucket or something.

2. Dissolve styrofoam into the gasoline until it resembles a sludge type of consistency.

3. Use a stick to spread it on... I don't know, whatever you want really.

4. Blowtorch that [cabbage] and run the hell away in case fumes catch fire or w/e.

5. Let it burn for a while and then realize, oh [cabbage] that's gonna set the lawn on fire.

6. Spend 5 minutes spraying it with a hose because that [cabbage] won't go out.

How it usually goes with me and my friends:

"Dude, this gonna be awesome!"

"Dude! This is awesome!"

"Ahhh what's happening?"

"Oh God no what have I done?!"

I shot it a few times, it's amazing! I shot it onto a lake, and it skipped forever, I didn't even see where it stopped. When you shoot it at night, the whole entire barrel glows orange from the fire and it shoots flames a couple feet, and launches the tuber so far you can't even see it :)
