Are you making a new medieval game or not? If yes I thought that this map would be good since it doesn't have any very large areas, yet all the areas in it actually has names, of which many probably are known by the tip.iters.

 

But maybe you want to use a map with the borders like they were back then in which case this one is worthless.

Just saying, the most powerful recorded earthquake ever was 9.5. 12.3 is 645 times more powerful, and would probably destroy the world via tsunamis. EDIT: Looked it up, a magnitude 12 earthquake would be equivalent to a 7 mile asteroid hitting earth, in other words more than the one that wiped out the dinosaurs. Some sources say a earthquake with a magnitude of 12 could literally split the earth.

 

Also, let's keep this interesting. The 9,000 troops of the Brazilian Rapid Response team have landed in the Colombian territory, and will attempt to keep the peace. Any exosuits will be easily disposed of by them.

Anyway, what's going on in Colombia?

The one in Chile was 8.8 I think, if it matters. And oops, I meant Columbian, as in one of the former US factions, the one Texas is fighting. Though we won't land unless they give us permission, I guess.

The earthquake in Chile was actually so strong it shifted Earth in it's axis, so the day is now zero-point-something nanoseconds longer.

Also I think exosuits are done soon, when they are they should cost around 100,000 - 1,000,000. When done 1,000 samples will be created and tested by Scandinavian soldiers who have earned badges for bravery and courage in combat, the testing will of course be done on an uninhabited island where the military station is inside an underground bunker.

Ok, but that doesn't make it less epic.

Mather a single ADS( Atmospheric Diving Suit) costs about 3 Million Dollars...that doesn't have guns, rapid action servos or anything else that a military exosuit might need. So unless you are going to build your exosuits out of plywood and have manual jacks for heavy lifting they are going to cost way more than 100 thousand...

Realistically you are looking at between 5 and 50 Million per suit, depending on how powerful you are making it.

Thank god, in the last game they cost like 80k each, and no one else agreed that was ridiculous.

Which was promptly abused by me to quickly create an uber-army. Kekekeke.

Somehow I doubt that anything costing less than 5 million per person or 500 Billion per kilometer will have any reasonable effect.

Nobody seemed to notice the incredibly low cost of a superadvanced mechanical battlesuit, so I ran with it.

And so did the rest of us ross...

Ah, but who was it that went on to create android soldiers at an extremely low cost, allowing me to have an army about half the size of my total population.

 

Honestly, if I didn't start pissing about near the end, I probably could have won.

Meh I thought of something that may have been insanely useful for me around 5 hours after the game was over... (cloaked suicide ships with emp's)

I could have easily done the same thing, considering a nuke produces an EMP anyway. Then again, they'd probably get shot down by the several dozen thousand helios orbs.

Actually I was thinking about ways I could have done massive damage to dusties fleet and that came up (along with daedalus cannons)

I don't think it matters.

Either way, in this game, one branch of my army is specifically designed to function without needing advanced tech, such as exosuits. The only vehicles they use are hardened against EMP aswell.

Then the most technologically powerful branch of my military is more focused around the materials they use in their armor, and the quality of their guns, than electric powered stuff. But I doubt EMP will be used too much in this game, since nukes are hard to come by.

 

Oh, and even with the lowered gdp increase rates, my GDP is now around 8.4T, giving me an average GDP of 19k per person. I still think my gdp increase rate should be higher, as I'm not a first world country still, technically.

 

 

Also, it should be noted that Exosuits should not be able to move THAT fast, no more than 30 miles per hour at max (and then that would drain a lot of their power). The human inside the suit's joints would deteriorate so fast that they would be blobs by the time they got out of their suits. Also, a biped going that fast would probably trip pretty fast.

Ross an emp would've killed every single one of your soldiers if they were in range.

I had weapons which would basically kill everything in range, and it had a larger blast radius than a nuke by far.

Project Future is getting a bigger chunk of my budget as of now.

 

Also, after adapting to the changes, we now have more than enough food for everyone, and also more people in the country are growing and storing extra food, mostly potatoes due to their ability to be stored easily, should other crops fail again. Also, levees, and more people buying heaters, warmer clothing and just adapting in general have lead to death rates falling. We are back to rising, if only just barely.
