FINALLY got BC2 back from my friend, but alas I has a lot of homework to do. Might play some later on tonight if I get the chance.

Started to play again today. Was doing average. I did get 2 gold stars in one game. One for me M24 and for my M1911 :thumbup:

The CG? If so, that's my favorite rocket launcher as well. The AT4 is useful for tanks and such, but the CG can see much more use. I have either 1 or 2 gold stars for it.

Yeah that one. I tried out the AT4 a bit but I'd rather fire and forget.

 

Plus I'm using it on squad deathmatch mostly and mostly for killing people, not tanks.

I perfer the CG, but when needed Ill switch to the RPG to deal with tanks. Its very effective

This game is so much better than call of duty.

 

Im on my 6th gold star for the rpg i believe, its a very fun gun lol. Still using the Scar as well, havent even tried any of the later guns for engineer :P

I'm 6000-7000 points away from the UMP45 for engi. Using the PP2000 right now, pretty funny gun.

I use the AT mines to deal with tanks, they are awesome. I only play rush, so there is only one path that a tank will come down, so you just lay out a couple there. I get 4 or 5 tanks a game, each with around 3 people in it, its awesome :)

Back home for easter break this weekend, looking forward to playing this again. :smile:

Been watching some gameplay/tactic vids so i've got some new stuff to try out.

I use the mines whenever I play squad deathmatch. Place them in front/behind of the tank spawn to stop it before it begins.

 

Also can do that with C4 if you're recon. Just blow up the C4 when someone gets in :).

I unlocked the GOL sniper and that is a amazing gun! Like the M24, just slightly faster reloading. I tactic I like to do with a sniper is use a gun like the SVU Snaiperskaya and put a red dot sight on it. Gun kicks [wagon] short to medium range. One the first match I used it I went 18 and 4. :thumbup:

I used the Scar-L from when I unlocked it until I unlocked the UMP45, which is a beast SMG. I haven't played in a while now, I've been playing too much Pokemon Soul Silver. :lol:

 

I'll get back into it, as my spring break (or the two days off school that we get this year) is now here.

Its so weird. I can do good with a sniper like the VSS Snaiperskaya but I cant get kills with the M24 to save my life.

 

About 5k points away from the M95. The .50 cal shall be my friend :thumbup:

 

Once I get that done I'll work on my engineer class. I got the uzi, but the SCAR-L is the best gun utill the ump 45 I think.

Sorry for the double post but I think this one can slide. I just got the M95, and dear lord...the gun is a beast. Didnt get to use it to much from when I did use it, is is a beast at super long range :thumbup:

Yeah i tried it for a while and didnt like it. Sticking with the Scar until i get the platinum star i guess lol.

 

As for sniping, the GOL is an amazing gun, and C4 is great if you know how to use it. The M95 was a let down i think, but its still alright.

Do you guys have any tips to start out the four classes? The only stuff I have unlocked so far are the xm8 and ammo box for assault and the first shotgun. I feel so helpless when I use the other kits because I can't do much. I know I can pick up someone's class and use it to level the class I started, I actually got a very good score attacking at arica harbor doing this with assault. But I'm wondering if there are some other tips I'm not aware of yet.

Don't constantly sprint. If you sprint and run smack into someone, chances are you will die, unless you get lucky. Also, wait a few seconds after an enemy runs past if you decide to go knife him. Team-mates may spawn on him/be behind him. If you have play MW2, pretty much use the same tactics, with a little common sense mixed in. And when sniping, try to snipe them when they aren't looking at you, so they don't know where the bullet came from. :thumbup:

Protip: Camp random spots.

 

 

All of the beginner weapons are fairly useful though. Perhaps adjusting your play style more dynamically will yield better results. Or if you have a good headset all you really need to do is listen for shots, locate vehicle movements and watch the kill messages, and you should be able to estimate where everyone is (as well as be aware of other indicators). So you can either stay clear or ninja your way to kills. Basic tips but yea.

 

 

Unlocked the GOL. I must say quickscoping CQs I thought was going to be a pain with my impression of the M24. With the GOL however, it is much quicker to switch to a pistol and not to mention I can actually move sideways with the GOL at CQ and still get a hit off. I fail at longer distances though.
