July 18, 201015 yr Hmmm arcane and spectral spirit shields have been going down for a while now. Any guesses as to where they will stop or maybe even go back up? I'd also like to know this, and the question has been asked several times since page 167 or so (at least twice by me) without getting a single answer. Also, on the plus side, partyhats are useless items. It's better that they're being bought out over other items, because it keeps merchants away from items such as 3rd age that people may actually want to buy for gameplay purposes.
