Ezz
Looks like santas are rising a lot now that crowns crashed, is that related somehow? Will santas be the new "crowns"? Well probably not since they update frequently I guess. [insert birds flying in a circle here]Yes, that sig was annoying.
Bladewing
Santas cost way too much GP to be the next crown. How to Chin Nechyraels for fast XP and profit
Logdotzip
I think Bob's will start being the next "thing" to have... Or other hard to get TT items... Unless Jagex starts handing out like 8 Bob shirts per clue or something lol my youtube
BeNiceOk
I think Bob's will start being the next "thing" to have... Or other hard to get TT items... Unless Jagex starts handing out like 8 Bob shirts per clue or something lol TT items would be quite risky atm to invest in. Its really a 50:50 chance on anything since we know there is an update but don't know exactly what will change. Jagex have a tendency to change more than they announce ahead of time. For all we know it could be as I suggested on the update thread, where the rewards cascade and level 3 clues can access 1, 2 and 3 rewards, level 4 clues access 1,2,3,4 rewards ect.. If that were to happen you could easily see a crash of any extra street value of certain clue items, especially level 1 and 2 clue items. If you want to invest in TT items, then do so at your own risk. However this point I see them as dragon imps. Chances are you will lose money but there always the small chance you might ten fold what you spent if the aces are dealt in your hand.
howbadisbad
I was wondering what you guys think is more useful, spectral or arcane? I have an arcane atm and if spec is better could I just trade my arcane for a spec or would I have to add items ect. Hypocrite. You tell others to be nice then attempt to murder people. Nice going, you just failed life.
Bladewing
Spectral - Only good for armadyl and tanking zamorak (arguably, I would personally take defender since duos can last so long there anyway). Can be used at DKs as well. Arcane - Good whenever you mage. How to Chin Nechyraels for fast XP and profit

It's the only shield with good melee defense stats and a mage bonus, while a DFS would easily replace the Spectral for most uses. This is excluding DG reward shields, of course... If you prefer PvM then Spectral.
MotherBrainII
Aaaaaaaaaaand, for the fourth time... what sort of price can we expect them to bottom out at, approximately?
Star_Fox
Aaaaaaaaaaand, for the fourth time... what sort of price can we expect them to bottom out at, approximately? If you want a guess, than maybe around 50-60m. They will most likely NOT go below that because of their rarity and limited uses. They aren't even 2 years old yet and since they're very difficult to obtain, it would be reasonable for arcs and specs to be so expensive. SirIzenhime
Aaaaaaaaaaand, for the fourth time... what sort of price can we expect them to bottom out at, approximately? We'll know that when Jagex fixes the GE to fluctuate correctly Fisher/Woodcut------Me-----Miner/crafter----Stabber----Leecher ^Golvellius must be so proud^
Bladewing
Aaaaaaaaaaand, for the fourth time... what sort of price can we expect them to bottom out at, approximately?Do you think that among the readers and posters of this thread, one person has some magic power to know future prices? And even if someone did know and posted the future price, rational expectations theory says that the future price and current prices would change anyway. That being said, it seems like spectrals/arcanes are going for about... 25% junk 75% cash to 50/50. Chances are the bottoming price will be after an 8-20% drop in price. caveat emptor How to Chin Nechyraels for fast XP and profit
yuriqiu
Aaaaaaaaaaand, for the fourth time... what sort of price can we expect them to bottom out at, approximately?Long term is what ever their alch prices is. For the short term though, I'd say its pretty stable. Sure it crashes every now and then, but it is nearly always followed by a buyout and fluctuate between the same average. xpandax
I bought a mask set in G.E. I'm not a short term investor and while working towards 99 rc i'm trying to earn a decent return on some medium/long-term investments. Within the next 6 months to a year can I expect to see masks to slowly start rising again? It isn't a huge deal if they keep crashing as I don't mind keeping them around just to keep some nostalgia in my bank, but just wondering if i can expect to see them start to rise again? In my opinion, they wouldn't at all. the price gap between the two is too great to have any corresponding effect. d bones as we know it is still the highly sought and efficient way to train prayer so probably nothingis going to happen to it. MrGandalf
Frost bones are gonna spike for a few days while merchs play with them. But I see them falling below 20k per just because of how fast people can get them. Dragon bones won't be affected until frost bones fall below 18k imo.
